Agreed. I never go into a battle "planning" to use a spell, only if I need it.

Never knew that, but still even a 5-10 minute reduction would be nice!

The only thing I want for the update is less loot threads

It could 1 shot clan castle 4 though.

Those saying that they should be able to have their spells available sooner should realize that if SC made this change, nobody would need to boost their spell factory. If you want your spells to be ready in time, gem it. Gemming is what profits SC and gives you the upper hand against those who don't. It is what makes it a game, and what puts money in SC's pocket.

NOTE: This is coming from a player who has not spent a cent on the game. The spell times now are simply logical if you see it through SC's eyes.

It's fair.
