Clan Coffer?

I thought about this today and sorry if this is a repost, but I wanted to know your opinions on this...

What do you guys think about like a clan coffer? Like where you can deposit gold and elixers inside a clan for the leader and co leaders to decide what to spend upgrades on within the clan. Whether to upgrade the clan itself or spend it on troops to send out to help clanmates.

Any suggestions and or ideas are welcome!

Your idea of sharing/trading resources or gems is very creative, but unfortunately it can easily be abused, and it's been ruled out by Supercell, probably for one of the following reasons:
1.Players would create multiple accounts in order to funnel resources into a single account.
2.Supercell would lose profits due to a fall in gem sales.
NOTE: A clan bank (Central fund that members can withdraw/place resources/gems into) also falls into this category.
