Do something about high levels getting people 40+ levels lower than them!

Sp i just barely hit level 50 shield goes down and i get attacked. ok big whoop i expected it sitting on 600k gold and having 2 mortars upgrading to level 5. But guess who attacked me. A FREAKING LEVEL 99. i mean who stands a chance against a guy whose played long enough to get that level. Something needs to be tweaked to not allow that. Sure a level 70 i wouldn't mind but 99?!?!? im sitting at under 1100 trophies to avoid that while i build up. What fun is that when you cant even have a decent chance of surviving when higher levels can simply sacrifice trophies to farm on people 40+ levels lower than them. At least put in a decent cap on that. 20 levels or so. not unlimited free rain 49+ levels.

lick your wound and go raid more. that lvl 99 pro have Th9, and he/she can't get much from your 600K if you are not lazy to collect all your juices and/or Th rusher.

This is the biggest flaw with matchmaking as it stands now. No way should anyone EVER be attacked by someone that they don't stand a remote chance of putting up a fight against. Yet, not only can he attack you, but he benefits from doing it in some way.

Oh well... Take some lightning bottles and go revenge him for his dark elixir. That'll teach him. Supercell seems to think that the matchmaking process is fine the way it is (last I heard, anyway)... So I wouldn't hold your breath for this to change.

Matchmaking is FINE in all seriousness, though. Farmers can farm, trophy hunters can trophy hunt, and whiners will have something to whine about no matter what. It doesnt need changing.

lol level doesn't mean anything really - 99% of Exp is from building up your defences and donating troops it's not related to offence much at all really (you get 5 Exp from taking a town hall).

So you shouldn't have a problem with much higher level players if you have good defence, if you don't then capping the levels won't help you simply need to either build your defences or not have so much resources around.

Personally I think it's worth the 200k resource loss, Replays of how my base does helps to know what needs work
I try too keep it a little rich and waste my shield.

well when you have th 8 and a max of 180 troops and no barb king and you get attacked by 240 troops and a lv 4 barb king. Get raided for 170k gold 69k elixir and 300 dark elixir. Not only that i had 2 mortars being upgraded to lv 5. the guy attacks me with lv 5 troops and i barely have level 4! if you dont believe me i posted the replay on facebook.

People at townhall7 has better upgrades than you. And you should never upgrade mortars or anti air at same time. Someone gave me 200k/200k earlier cuz he was upgrading both anti air and I have some dragon to play with. I made the same mistake as you, I skipped th7 entirely. Just learn from mistakes and dont do it next time.

I assume the op never attacks anyone who is a th level lower than them.
