Should I get a donkey?

Got enough coins and vouchers for the donkey but should I really get it?

I love my donkey. Her name is Annabelle. She goes to sleep a lot . :-)

I love mine. I gave him a bench and he sits on it a lot.

Donkeys are great, I call mine Dozy cos he sleeps so much, he is also very greedy and loves his carrots, but he gives me lots of lovely items in return so I forgive him.

Mine are called Dopey and Gormless! They are so funny. My donkeys seem to hate each other though. One stays in his paddock and one is always hanging out by the noticeboard.

A big YES!!! They're so adorable.

Mine are called Ben and Jerry. They both have an eating disorder and narcolepsy.

My Donkeys are called Diddle Diddle & Dumpling . There the only animals on my farm that I have named :cool:
It's a big fat YES GET A DONKEY , from me....I wish we could buy more.:cool:

I do love donkeys, but they are less useful than the other pets, at least since when SC reduced the XP .. sigh...
And you don't get tools by feeding them.

I've gotten lots of tools from the donkey....about every 5 th or 6th time I wake him....not as much as from the horses though.

Ha ha Credendum , you can have ALL my bikes for just one of your donkeys, I luv them so much , there's not a day goes by that they don't make me laugh, in fact I'd trade my kids for a donkey :p Hmmmm or maybe not , don't think a donkey will be able to look after me when I'm old & grey & not much space to build a granny flat onto that stable :cool:

I am getting item drops from my donkeys. I've not spent much time checking the frequency though.

You get tools but I think it's just less frequent than the other pets.

gee i was gonna get on here and say "absolutely not" to the donkey. they aren't nearly as valuable for the amount of carrots they eat. they want to eat every hour or so and they hardly ever give back much in terms of tools or XP anymore. I think SC needs to tweak them a bit

BUT i will agree they are cute in a silly sort of way. so if you have more dogs or horses to get, id say get them first, then the donkeys which can be considered decorations that eat.
