Your on drugs. Free coffee? I boost for 2 hours I PAID for this and i got 1 hour. That is NOT what I Paid for!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not after free I paid i except to get what I PAID for! Surely are refund. Same goes for boosting of barracks, spell factory and heroes.

I personally spent 70 gems on 2 hours of boosting just as the update came out. I was unable to play for 1 hour during the "2nd maintenance break". So basically, you took away half of the boost.

I'm aware that you will never be able to test something fully before a launch. I'm okay with the extra maintenance break and understand that you will have to fix some issues. I am however NOT OKAY with the fact that the timer kept ticking on the boosted buildings/heroes.

I'm very interested to hear if those of us that spent gems can expect a gem-refund?

Contact in-game support. There was plenty of notice for the update to come out. Players will keep doing this to themselves every time.

Pretty sure he's not talking about the scheduled maintenance break but the surprise "short" maintenance break an hour after the update which took 55 minutes.

All I can say is I have spent my last real money on gems if they do not do a refund. It will save me about $100 a month and they will lose that money so if they want to lose $100 a month over it then oh well. I've spent over $200 on gems in just a little over 2 months, so if they don't care for my business no more than that, then they wont get no more of my business I will take it elsewhere.

So what that cost you...30 cents or so?
