Barrack Boosting/Maintenance Breaks

I boosted my spell factory... Not impressed.

what about the product we all bought that you failed to deliver?

its like you paying for your coffee, the store staff say "oh sorry we must close for a break, please leave without your coffee"

That gets a comment but calls for a refund on gems spent to boost are ignored, disappointing but not surprising unfortunately.

I did the same so I would love to get my gems back because this is not a short Maintenance Break.

"Sorry for the inconvenientance" doesn't really cut it tho does it?
Mods are supposed to help im guessing? If not whats the point in u?
If a burglar robbed ur house then said sorry would that be ok? Im guessing not.....so y the b.s on here?

For those who boosted our barracks could we get our gems back?

Okay, I know we are all sad for our loss, but im sure they'll find a way to repay you in the future such as 1 gem boost for a day or something so don't stress it.

The problem here is that it's not guaranteed that they would do that in the near future.

SC just released a NEW update and I don't think they would just cram a 1 gem boost for everything.

And also, cumulatively, 10 gems per person per barracks/spell factory is A LOT of gems that we're talking about.
