All updates r cool except rage spell. One thing that i totally disagree about the troops is that golem (a rock giant-side) does less damage than a hummer of hog rider. This make me laugh all the time i think about it lolzzzz
Please update the gem's price tag for android platform. It is too pricey compare to ios. I thought the update will equalise the price, unfortunately its not. Dont tell me apple pay supercell. Its not fair at ALL.
I don't see any aknowledgement on a previous note from Supercell, so maybe it got lost. I propose this clan management issue again to be sure it get noticed.
To better assign roles' responsibilities in the Clan, the Elder should still be able to promote players to Elder and not be able to demote them. That is needed expecially for well established clans were players go around visiting.
In this way, the Elder role will be somehow aligned to the new Co-leader one at its proper level of the command chain. Indeed, now the Elder role has been reduced too much, and it is almost no more appealing as a reward nor as useful while sharing duties in the clan.

All level players except TH10 already have plenty things to upgrade:
TH7 can upgrade to TH8 - plenty upgrades available
TH8 can upgrade to TH9 - plenty upgrades available + xbows
TH9 can upgrade to TH10 - plenty upgrades available + infernos
New features are great, but should be focused on keeping the game interesting also for old timers imo - which I am not btw ... only th8.
Just checking myself here, I didn't think they nerf'd the rage spell, I understood it as they corrected the mistake of how they quantified the % previously? Meaning before if it said it increased 130% which is saying that 100 DPS now becomes 230 DPS, when in reality it was always only a 30% increase, i.e., 100 DPS = 130 DPS when raged. I don't think the actual results had been altered, they simply corrected the misleading % listed. At least thats how i understood the update barker. Am I wrong SC? Did you really nerf the rage spell, as in lessen the results or just correct the way you had it listed? Confused as I see so many complaints about it being nerf'd (which I agree 100% with the complaining if that's true!) can someone clear this up?

I liked the update overall, seemed to bring very nice features overall. However, I think the hog price should be reversed. It's an army that can be stopped no problem when the base is designed properly. It already had cost 1k+ dark elixir for an army and now costs nearly 2k. It used to be a good farming army higher up, but you've completely negated the chance to gain dark elixir from a battle when using a hog army. If the price was to go up at all, I feel like at most it should've been 10%. My whole clan seems to agree with my opinion on this so I hope it gets looked into. Thank you

I guess this was done to make people develop new attacking tactics, i.e. rethinking your attacking strategy from just 40+ hogs to a good mixup of troops and make it more interesting as a whole. So we as players either accept the cost as is or develop as players.
It looks like a cheese, especially the rage spell.

Perhaps someone already mentioned this but I do not have time to go through all the feedbacks...
I felt a little ♥♥♥♥♥ed by the Minion upgrade... It cost 100K DE but does not really give anything meaningful other than raising the cost of training one and a cool picture... Here is why...
The HP increase from 78 to 84 looks nice but does not really do anything. The minions will still get one shot by AD, Archer Tower lvl 12. Still two shots by Wizards towers, Tesla and Archer Tower lvl 11. The only difference is that it will now take lvl 4 X-bow one more shot, 9 instead of 8 to finish a minion. And, infernos takes a tiny bit longer (.128 seconds) to finish it. But, since the attack rate of a minion is 1 second, the minions will probably still only able to do one shot before being killed by an inferno lvl 3 or 2 shots against a inferno lvl 2... Not very impressive...
The damage increase is only 8%. It does not really justify the 1 extra DE cost to train them and I doubt it will be much of a difference compare to a lvl 5 minions in battle. I have upgraded the minion but now kind of regreted my decision since my per battle DE cost has gone up for no reason...

Excellent additions. Good buff up for the heroes. I still believe that wall upgrade costs should be lowered a bit. Also, would there be consideration for giving players gems for logging in? Like maybe do a random chance thing. A player logs in after 24 hours and has a chance to win between 1-10 gems.
barracks boost still 20 for 2 hours why ? it should be 10 right !

loot is still scarce but persistence will yield great results so no change here yet which is good

hero abilities, they are just about usless, the kings rage is great for its short time but not enough barbs spawn, the AI of king versus normal barbarians is causing this feature to be useless,,, queen is useless three archers for lvl 9 queen and 2 seconds invisibility is pathetic, oh but thats why we can boost healing them...
HOGS i keep getting rolled by powerful town hall 10 players using 35 hogs and lvl 6 wizards, as th9 only 2 xbows and no over powered infernos this is not stopping thier use, th10 have three DE drills at lvl 6 which is far more better to afford hogs
valks, the MOST USELESS DE TROOP OF ALL she looks great has great potential but cost too much takes too long to make and housing space is really dumb
Rage spell u justified that this is overpowered versus the other spells, but you forget that bolts are maxxed for th10 while other spells can be maxxed at th9 save for freeze which th9 cant make... In a sense i fail to believe u here that rage is over powered, over used yes, but not over powered i disagree with u supercell,

things i think u up need to look at right now for this game
u said pages back you are working on a meat feature coming soon, u fail to provide further detail on that , so why not put a sticky in general on these features u are working on what they are, then at least we know whats coming in future updates so people don't ask why they aren't in updates, also gives u the ability to get constructive feedback on those new features are they what the community wants
i think u need to look at new features, this game is boring, no quests hurt, no new single player missions hurt, bring in new bases, refresh existing maps, with new defences or differnt layouts, with new loots,,, u encourage use of shields so give us things to earn while we are in our shield period. Daily quests would be great but maybe to hard, try league season quests so each league season gets a new quest or quests,
one major idea said beofre is SAVED villages, up to 2 pre made layouts, that we can switch between , farming mode or hunting mode, several layouts work for people what ever works best for them should be saved,
make the game more affordable, u want people to buy gems well i already do because I'm lucky enough to get free itunes cards as work bonus for performance , but I would like more bang for my buck, i said before that gemmers should be rewarded with fresh content, stuff people can only get if they buy gems, but still make that affordable for all, say 500 gems u get builder speed upgrades for 1 month or extra builder for 1 month.
new content is needed, another hero or sub hero, like wraith lord, a witch king like dude from lord of the rings with menacing whip like mace, sub heros cost DE, upgrade able but capp at lvl 20" easier to upgrade cheaper as well. Might be something to help lower levels give them something new to play with,

what i do want is clan wars, i want to hurt my old clan in time when I'm ready, to show them im better
but how this works i dont know, all i can think of is u go into pool of clans where u can search clans, once u find clan u want to war then u go into war with that clan, how it works in regard to attacking and defending i think should be like any other battle, except in the war u attack but not for resouces, u acrue battle points once every player in the clan attacks every player in rival clan battles won / lost is tabled, clan with highest points wins loot, gems, loot determines where clan is ranked via league similar to player leagues, i would like your input supercell how u will implement clan wars
p.s. I want to help u supercell, if i could test or do things for u to help get these ideas or suggestions i or others mention into production im sure the game will become awesome, because still the moment it's gone from awesome to god im bored farming this gold de, I'm sick of these long upgrades what should i do while i wait 14 days for my next builder?

We need a better way to communicate. It would be great to communicate with other players outside of our clan, or to send private messages to individual players in our clan or acrossed the game. We could also use double or triple the wording when sending a message.
It would be great to be able to communicate with just my co leaders in the clan.

heroes heal boost is my favorite! great for pushing for trophies!:cool:
spell factory boost for 2 hours very nice, but if you could add more options perhaps would be even better, lets say if there would be boost for 1 hour 5 gems, 2 hours 10 gems would be great! not in every attack we need spells so often spell factory stays on boost doing nothing! the same would be for barracks and maybe another 12h option for gold mines, elicsir collectors and dark elicsir drills!!!! that way people would boost them while on shield without being afraid to loose a lot more loot while they're not on shield!:p
co-leader future at last! now we have more control in the clan and can keep the doors for new members open for longer! great!:)
Iron fist now makes King much more worth to upgrade! my queen is lvl30, King is lvl20 i guess all my dark elicsir will go towards the King now.:cool:

minions lvl6 just like archers lvl6 i think a little overpriced and makes worth for upgrade just for people that use air attack strategy, so doubt it that many players will consider upgrading them and you have increased air attack power without increasing air defense power so for some people you gave a reason to moan about this!:)
hog riders cost increase... i don't use them so i'm neutral to this!:cool:
rage spell..... now that just made attacks a lot harder. to get passed lvl10-11 walls now we need a lot more wall breakers, that means less fire power in attack and a firepower is weaker. it used to be great, as heal spell is not good enough to keep the King Queen Golem Dragons going through attack!!!! so it is disappointment!:(
Valkyrie.... all my troops are maxed apart from Valkyrie still at lvl1 and i'm not the only one like that! maybe increasing her size to more or less the size of giants and adding another 15% of hp and dps would solve the problem, she is more like a fun troop to use when you bored at 1500cups.:confused:
p.s. can we have Golem 6 and Witches 3 soon? and more things to do with elicsir! my base is maxed and all the gold i make goes into walls, but elicsir is always full at 8million and nothing to do with it, i know we will never be able to donate it others and etc. so the only option i have just like many others is to keep the storages outside walls for others to take.:p
It's not as good as I hoped, we need a new troop and this is aimed at hi-level players, the hero powers are a nice touch and the more gems and gem box is a good idea (when u get it working), also I was hoping for a different reason to play.

A cosmetic update rather than a game-changer
First thing i like is the amount of gems being raised from obstacles. This makes me use them faster to finish building upgrades.
Furthermore the co-leader feature really brings great help for the leader. I do not see why other tik this feature is useless as i see plenty of posts about it on reddit/r/clashofclans. I think it's a great addition to the clans staff.
Last but not least having the chat available while watching replays is really useful.
Now let's hope clan wars will be coming soon.
Town hall 9 still uses an old th7 economy thats needs changing, add new mine n pump, or add new level simple and not much different to loot in the system
It was good to see to see some more attacking options, the game was becoming too defencive with the infernos multi targeting making impossible to get more than 1 star against maxed bases
I frequently look at my friends bases, me and a mate have recently gone to different clans, and checking that he isn't making better progress than me is now a lot of a slower process.
I do like the new rankings in the friends list, but having to go through the trophy button to friends list is not something that I enjoy.
I have also noticed that it doesn't show the league that your friends are in, I assume this is just a bug and will get ironed out soon enough.

Lvl 6 minion price of 100k is ridiculous and the dps increase is pathetic
BK rage is awesome! AQ cloak is ok but doesn't help much.
I've been playing since April and this update made me pretty mad. A few of the features are okay, but mostly just mad I had to wait 2 months for a mediocre update. I think at this point we high level players are just about fed up with the lack of clan wars. And many other things. Supercell u bring in millions a day in revenue so stop wasting our time with lame updates and give us the features we have been asking for for the past year.
I am a Champ with a recent max of 3,736 cups.
The new update has many great features and I won't repeat here what many others have said. However, I feel the balance has been tipped too much towards the attacker and away from the defender. Prior to the update, I would win around 1/3 of my defences so could maintain 3,600-3,700 cups with a reasonable mix of attack and defence. My def is fully maxed and my walls are around 70% lvl 10, 30% lvl 11.
The new hero updates effectively add 20 troops to a maxed attacker as well as the boost / hide features. In a game where most defences had previously ended around 48%-52% this is enough to tip the scales so that any reasonable attacker will defeat all bases. For example, I often get attacked by the same players. Clearly I modify my village from time to time but I have noticed players who typically lose to my villages now get 2 stars.
Now it is very important that the game is biased towards attack as that keeps the whole thing moving along. However, a lot of us like to test ourselves by setting up villages that might be able to defeat some attackers. At my level I only win 1 - 2 cups for most of my attacks so you need to win a few defences to stay up as I don't have time to attack 30-40 times per day!
I will soon lose interest in the game if there isn't some decent balance and at least a fighting chance for a clever village to win on def. And it takes gems to defend too!
My suggestion is to add some more def features. Here are some ideas:
- a larger clan castle
- a second clan castle that won't trigger until you lose say 25%
- a moat feature - could be set up like a double thickness wall. It would slow attacking troops down. It could be destroyed with WBS or jumped or bashed down like a wall
- perhaps a larger game board with a commensurate increase in def
- more walls so you can create more interesting channels and traps
- etc

I was expecting a loot update, supercell said they want active players to have more gold, I can tell that I don't win more gold since the loot update, and I'm active.
As a programmer, I don't understand why you needed 2 month for this update. All new features take no time to develop except maybe Queen et King new ability which should be a bit longer than add one line of code.
U did a good job for this update, it's just took too long for what we get, and as I said I expected something about loot.
let's make the TH more significant by giving the attacker a gem/s reward if he destroys it, maybe diff amount per TH level and let the defender lose that same amount. with this, i think raiding will be more fun.. just sayin. :D
When you r in gold league....i don't think you want to be seeing bases which have lesser than 100k gold. Anyways how does searching for a base work? I pay 1k gold per search. Who/what is searching for me? a satellite lol? No right? How about I simply send a few goblins like 10 of em, which costs elixir, out to scout a base which doesn't have a pathetic amount of resources...

In my view we are clearly on a pro-attack update. I agree, too many players do not attack anymore, I'm seeing too many empty leagues in my 3200 range you had to try to give the attack a limb.
Now with the content, we are seeing nice stuffs. Level 6 minions I like especially as an aerian attacker. Maybe a bit expensive though I was expecting it around 70k... Hopefully the gem boxes will give us a bit of compensation. Heroes new functions: Nice graphics, clearly reinforcing attack in general as any max village has very little chance to make it against those new level 40 heroes. Clan management functions (ie. co-leader) is really great. That is bringing some significant relief to the leaders' shoulders.

The biggest issue I have with the Archer Queen's ability is that it does not improve archer capabilities whatsoever. The Barbarian King make all barbarians around him enraged as well as himself. I feel as though the Archer Queen should make all archers near her invisible as well? Not too sure, I do not even have an Archer Queen yet, to be honest. I was just thinking of that as I saw others discuss her.
I really am happy about the hero boost and the addition of hero activated abilities. It actually gives incentive to upgrading the heroes, who before became a hassle to upgrade due to their prolonged healing times. I am currently on a mad sprint to enough dark elixir to get my king to level 5.
My favorite part of the update is the change in the clans. The clan I was in was entirely made up of elders, and I did not understand what the point of being an elder was. Now, elders cannot make everyone in the clan an elder, which is nice. And, once our leader finally logs on for the first time in over a week, he can appoint a co-leader to help out since he is never around (we got a new leader because our other one went up to the main clan since we are a feeder).
Overall, I am very pleased with the update. The one major thing missing though was an upgrade to collectors/mines/drills. Hopefully that'll be coming soon? ;)

* Hero abilities are a great new feature, like everything that add depth in attacks.
* Minions level 6 is a great new goal, maybe 80k is a better price than 100k.
* Thank you for the gems.
* Hog cost increase is ok, but we have a real issue at high level since the spell costs elixir instead of gold, it's almost impossible to save for elixir or dark-elixir. I used to attack with hogs when I needed to save for elixir, it's now impossible. It's really frustratring as the only possibility to continue playing is to buy gem to refill elixir storage, or to go down to farm poor TH8/9, which ruins the game balance.
* Same about the rage nerf, this updates nerf my 2 attacks formations : ballons/minions/rage and hogs/heal. :\
* Valk tweak is great, but I will not use it neither upgrade it because it is too long to form and fill too much space in camps.
* Great addition in co-leader role, very needed.
Feedback on NON-changes in update
See the hog cost point about elixir issue since we must pay the spells with elixir instead of gold, which obligate us to pay for gem or to go down in trophies to raid TH8/9 to refill our elixir storages without using spells, that ruins games balance and generate a lot of frustration for higher level who have to go down to continue playing, and for lower players raided by stronger TH10 for elixir.
The new update wasn't bad. Haven't tried the king and queen yet, still working on getting them leveled. Never cared for the minions ,so won't be trying those anytime soon . Waiting to see the gem box . Still feel like the loot system needs work . Ever sense the one gem boost went away im back to seeing 25k gold and elixir - 100k .spent 300k+ gold looking for a raid other day just to make half back . Im a recovering th10 , rushed to th10 the day it was released ,didn't know it would kill my loot so dramatically .i did it for extra defensive weapons .
Was thinking to day maybe next update y'all could add new mine/pump levels sense there maxed by th8. Maybe even add a down grade th for those that rushed .

Unfortuantly if the updates carry on like they are (other apps are doing big updates for special occasions), I feel like the last 3-4 updates have just been, go with the flow, rather then work hard and take a risk. Unfortunatly I can now see a lot of long term players starting to get bored....
Having the king or queen have increased dps isn't really an issue. They're not a key component to any army.
The issues that needed resolving in this update that were nailed in the head was simply the Co Leader role.
Everything else is useless.
I don't need more attack power to attack bases with no loot. And I'm still going through about 20,000 gold on average to find a decent base worth attacking.

since the update my wizard tower lvl 6 are displayed incorrectly, there is a thin line separating the top from the bottom.
I've seen this glitch on my iPhone 5 and on my iPad (3rd generation), but i've seen this problem only on the lvl 6 tower.
BTW thanks for making such an awesome game!

Cmon guys! A usual hog army now costs 1500-2000 DE to train. This means there is usually no profit of DE when using hogs. Please revert their price back to origional! The people complaining about getting hogged need to learn that losing defenses is part of the game!
You are partially correct, we did change how the increase it shown. (It used to be shown as 130% and now it's 30%). BUT we also decreased Rage spell lvl 5 from 80% to 70%.
From release notes:
✔ Decreased Rage Spell level 5 damage bonus from 80% to 70%.
Why? We want all max level Spells to be viable options and currently the level 5 Rage Spell is used in almost every single battle by high trophy players - therefore is wasn't optional. By tweaking it to make it less of a mandatory choice, we're hoping to see more diversity in the Spells you bring to battle!

Love the king/queen abilities. Adds a slightly diff element to barb deployment for king, and a nice distraction deploy strategy for queen. Both of which have been very effective when I manage to pull it off.
I'm not trying to be negative, but the new update is nothing special. I really like the new Hero feature, but that is pretty much it.
Lots of the updates seem very lazy to me. A few things that grind my gears......
-Reducing rage to make other spells more popular is very poor.
-Valks are awful, and only by reducing their ridiculously long training time and housing space will change that.
-Making Hogs 30% more expensive is another lazy solution to the way they are used.
-Almost any TH 10 with inferno towers is stronger than any Maxed TH 9 base still. (personally I think TH 10 should only have 1 Tower, then maybe an additional tower for any future TH 11)
-Where is Clan Wars??????????????????????

But what I will like that the heroes ability was for lvl1 go up not just for lvl 5 and up it hard for some players to get gift cards to buy gems to upgrade the heroes what I would like to see in this update or upcoming update is the clan war or something similar to castle clash here be monster and you can win gems there too because it really hard for me to get gift cards to buys gems that why I don't play this game much as before that all
I love the new hero abilitys! I also want to say, pretty sure they didn't change rage spell, just the wording in the stat page. What happened to the gem boxes that caused them to not work? I was pretty excited about them...

So far the hero ability for the barb king is such a great idea!Its actually made the BK usable and adds that extra bit of depth to a raid,If you've got 46-48% and you drop the BK it can turn a loss into a win and its just plain fun to use!Im a maxed th8 so no AQ for me yet,but from what i can see its good for them also but i thought maybe it wasn't long enough?But thats just an opinion from someone that doesnt have one...
As for the hogs while i loved to use hogs and in gold 3-2 dont seem to get attacked by them ive noticed ALOT of higher level players saying they run rampant and destroy basically anything without an Inferno Tower and think the price increase will curb that,and understandably so as it was needed imo
I havent used the valkyrie yet post update but we all know shes the most un-used troop in the game and i think her price is a major factor in that,Just off the top of my head i think lowering space and price could only be a good thing for her.
As for the pekka,i think that tweak was another welcome addition and gives them more bang for your buck as they say.
gem box:Hmmm once its working i see no negatives in that,i mean who doesnt want gems?And for the obstacles cleared now yielding more gems same story.Good!

Minions lvl6 - far too expensive and ultimately pointless
Gem boxes - bugged and now seem scarcer than rocking horse droppings
more gems in trees etc., - nope, not one of the 20+ i cut down gave more than 3
Co-leader - irrelevant, in our clan we havnt even bothered with it. More likely to be divisive than useful
Hero upgrades - skews the game at the top level even further towards heavy gemmers with lvl40 heroes
Ofc some will find elements they like, but for me and almost everybody else in my clan [bouncing around between top place 100-200 in the rankings] this update has been a total bust fiddiling about with irrelevant chrome when the game is dying on its feet due to the broken nature of the in-game economic model which does not incentivise players properly.
The most things of the update were ok, but the 30% plus Price for the hogs is ♥♥♥♥. The last updates made them weeker and now you increase the price?! If you don't want us to play with the hogs then it would have been better, that you didn't creat them. Now they are expensive and useless!
Supercell please bring back santa strike and bring more defences.
There is nothing on the update... Yet it lesser my excitement of playing for making hogs unplayable. How could you put hogs into battle when you have to spend 2400 (32hogs) dark elixir on them? Did you even know how much that is? When you know at th10 the loots are very low? PS: not to mention that hogs are not working on bases with infernos yet the loots are TERRIBLE (winning loots are WORST at gold 3 the available loots are just 5,200g/5,200e?.) I don't see any advantages of th10s when our beloved staff is favoring at lower th's. Also, the clan system in COC is boring most of my friends get tired of chatting or even being active in clan for the reason there is honestly nothing to do in a clan. Instead, they play Siege War in a game so called; "Samurai Siege" where you can find the real excitement and teamwork with your friends battling with other clans. In Samurai Siege, when you won a clan war with the help of your whole clan you get gems it is called "diamonds in Samurai Siege". This gives excitement to my friends and also I. We better try ourselves the game "Clash of Clans" and tell me your thoughts about it my dear beloved staff, Like literally try the game for 6 consecutive months and lets see if you don't get bored of our Clash of Clans system. Actually, it shouldn't be called Clash of Clans because there is nothing special in our CLAN system its just leaders and co-leaders, elders and a boring chat which I prefer to be in Global instead. My purpose for writing this is to open your eyes and see if there is really excitement on the clan system and newly updates here in CoC. The only update i like was when cutting the trees and you get more gems than before I appreciate that and just that to be honest.
I waited in great anticipation of this update but alas none of the updates are of benefit to me, far too beneficial to top top players. I thought this time you would AT LEAST HAVE FIXED TGE PATHETIC CLAN SEARCH FUNCTION, IT ISNT FIT FOR PURPOSE
I think this update had a lot of cool content! I am not going to write about every single detail but I will talk about some of them.
Iron Fist/Royal Cloak: This is probably what I like most about the new update. The hero abilities is such a nice add to the game and it makes it even more important to upgrade them. My Barbarian King is level 11 and my Archer Queen is level 14 and I think their abilities are great, so I can't wait to see how they work after a few months of upgrading!
Minions Level 6: I am currently at Town Hall 9 so I haven´t been able to try the level 6 minions yet, but I have level 5 minions so I got a clue on how they work. I have seen a few attacks from clan members and I think they are great. The only thing I would change about them is the upgrade cost (100 000 Dark Elixir). I think 50 000 or 60 000 dark elixir would be more than enough.
Hog Rider Cost: I love the Hog Rider troop, it might be one of my favorite troops in the game. Hopefully, you will not decrease the Hog Rider´s speed, strength or health because I think it is perfect as it is. So adding 15 more dark elixir each hog rider, was an okay edit, but I thought 50 dark elixir was enough for one single hog rider.
Clan Co-Leader: The Co-Leader system is a very good add which provides more "safety" for the clan.
One thing that I am really happy you did change, is the extra gems we receive for cutting down trees, bushes and destroying rocks. Many players that don't spend any money on the game will really enjoy this and they can get their builders faster.
Quests and/or Clan Wars are one of the features I thought would come out in this update, but I guess it will come in another update. Amazing work with the game Supercell and keep up the good work!
It's a great update, but adds a little to none to diversity of gameplay.
You see, it's lovely to have nice updates now and then, but contents are the main issues here. Not all of us enjoys raiding 24/7, but at this time, there are no other options.
It'll be nice if we have something to do rather than raiding (please, trophy pushing IS raiding, it only differs in what do you raid for). Maybe if a whole new gameplay is a little bit difficult to add, maybe a new set of achievement, or a new leaderboard (based on level, achievement points, or maybe total gold spent on one's base) will fuel many of us to play more.
This game has a very huge potential. You guys already set the standard for strategy game with this well-polished game, but a diversity in game modes will always be appreciated, at least by me and some of us.

Hogs - so glad you raised the price on these. They are so overused and require no skill at all. No wonder so many are upset. Now people will actually have to put effort & skill in clashing; which makes the game challenging & fun ;)
Rage spell - same as above. I never see other spells get used & I know this will help increase the use of other spells as this one was op. great job :)
Hero Abilities - Awesome! Just wish the Archer Queens ability was longer & also made the surrounding archer invisible for awhile.
Minions - love this & can't wait to get them at level 6

The title speaks for itself! I'm lvl 140 and I've pretty much ran out of things to upgrade, cmon supercell, I need a new townhall. Taking away the effectiveness of my rage negates most of my upgrades, this update is pathetic!!! Join my clans 1,2,3 Yo!!! Or my feeder 1,2,3 Attack!!!
So, let me get this right, first you decided to lower the hugs hit points, you know, cause some high lvl players were crying about it, and now you decided to increase its price. Like always, you see what players use the most and then squizze it. Wey to go supercell, and very low to!!
I agree. I am pretty much maxed on everything and have been over 3,700. I was winning most attacks before and now it is hard to lose so there is no longer any sense of achievement to playing. With no def upgrades it means most people beat my base now whereas before a 30% or so lost. To keep some sense of achievement I am trying to attack with random troop types instead but that will get boring by the end of the weekend
Nice post, I would like to see some of the suggestions in game, especially the moat. On clan castle, maybe it should not have such an arbitrary activation range, because the range plays a big part in designing bases (out of champ more so), and there is not any particular reason why the activation range is what it is. I also agree the size of the clan castle is inadequate for champ play. :(
I don't like this update much the heroes ability is only for lvl5 and up and it even harder for does who are not able to get gift cards to upgrade the heroes and the rest of the base, for me this game is getting boring sorry for saying than

These updates are great but the only update that needs to happen is a loot fix. If I had a vote..... I would say forget about all other troop and defense updates and fix the problem at hand. LOOT! It’s not getting better. I love this game but I'm getting extremely annoyed with the loot inconsistencies or lack thereof and am sick of hitting next 200 times.
As a loyal Adult customer and gem consumer it’s getting old and rather hard to progress without loot. I’m sure you’ve heard this a million times but something needs to be done. Please address the real issue.

This was a very good update, but we are many in my clan that can't find the GC friends bouton anymore. You said that there would be a tab next to the clan's research but there isn't any. Is it a bug, or is it me that is going blind? ^^
One more thing, when you'll you bring the gem box back? That was a really amazing idea!

One thing you could have improved too is the writting options in chat, we should be able to correct our message without having to erase everything! It's really annoying! Maybe able the dictionary too! That would be great! Please think about it! ;)

I just want to say that the new hero abilities have been phenomenal in trophy pushing. I've had two instances where the hero's abilities at the last minute got me to 50% or to 2 stars. If used correctly, they can be unbelievably powerful. Thanks SC!:D

I think the update is pretty cool. Ug def makes me want to ug my king and queen (currently L19) What ive noticed is at the higher levels (average for clan is 85+) where the waiting times are quite long (3hours+), a lot of players log off after a fight, which makes it a bit boring if youre the only one on. I think this could be fixed by allowing players to visit friends in other clans. You could chat to them but not see their traps or tesla layouts, perhaps time restricted donations...
I'm a bit too low level to speak about the new high level stuff, but I am enjoying the new obsticles and gem amounts they give.
I'd like to add two things though. You guys should try looking into a Goblin Hero, I like goblins. And also, more decorations. I know that sounds odd, but some of us like making our villages pretty looking for all those people setting us a flame.
All in all though, great game and it's awesome that you guys are keeping at it. Good job and thank you.
I feel the update was a waste of everyones time. What was given to us as players was nothing. Not even a new dark troop. Im really disapointed in sc. But then again what do u expect
If it hasn't already been suggested, I think the cloak should effectsll archers like the kings rage effects all barbs :)
Needs some cosmetics to fix hairline mark going horizontal across top base section.
1)Chat while you attack ! since it takes lot of time "nexting" people it would be a nice idea to chat while you attack!
2)Also make donations available while you view other bases! for a reason you can only donate when you are viewing your base!
3)More goblin missions
4) SAVE more than one base layout!!!

Ever since the Christmas update where Super Cell supposedly "fixed" the loot system, it's ruined the game for me. I'm a town hall 8 in gold league 1 and I can find more than 50,000 loot available. I didnt like the update! Co leader was the only good thing there. Seriously supercell i expected more!!! Maybe u can start to work on the big stuff in stead? We have been waiting for clan wars and a battle area for ever now!! Make it happen and change the game cause I'm getting really bored now!!!
I do not like the new friends location and when will the Google+ friends come. The new hero abilities is pretty cool but i wish there was search by player name and much more for town hall level 7 and under because this update was pretty useless for them.
I was greatly surprised with the abilities, an intelligent way to force more thinking during the battle, and at the same time partially compensate the increase in the defensive power of the towns. I also like to have more hitpoints for my valkiries ;-), while I am a little bit sad for the rage spell reduction.

The new hero abilities brought some much needed excitement to my clan. Everyone sharing replays, talking strategy using the abilities and lamenting about how their BK or AQ isn't up to the right level, so commence massive de raiding.
Co-Leader - thank you! My clan discussed this, decided on one or two co-leaders at most and nominated the new co-leader. For me, this is peace of mind.
Chat - the chat following you is nice, especially when giving feedback about base design. Would be nice if you could donate when away from your base. Currently, donate greys out when you are viewing a replay or another base.
Obstacle gem increase and gem box, a nice touch.
Level 6 Minions look mean though for the majority of my clan this is way off in the future. (Thinks...my poor minions have been neglected and are still level 1.)
Below are things I hoped hoped to see...
Some help in the economy. I was really hoping for another level for the gold mines or increased production rates. Or, decreased search fees or a way for a portion or all of the spent search to go to the person you skipped.
More single-player campaigns or a new story-line single-player map. With TH9 upgrades take so long, give us something else to do that captures our attention and keeps our interest.
Ability to save one or two versions of base design in the edit mode. Currently, if I come up with something I like, I need to take a screenshot so I can recreate it. Having an alternate base design quickly available would be so user friendly.
Speaking of user friendly, can we have a chat that allows you to paste? I know there are pros/cons to this, so maybe give the Leader and Co-Leader the ability to turn this on/off in the clan settings.
And a few notes regarding clan wars...
My clan holds a trophy challenge every 4-6 weeks and we compare ourselves to a sister clan. So, in a way, we're at war with each other. Our trophy challenge lasts for 7 days. We find this to be all-inclusive for our clan that has world-wide members. No reward, just bragging rights.
In a game similar to Clash of Clans, 12-hour wars have polarized groups and made them more regional. That game also holds 3-hour war rushes, which are fun, yet rely on having groups in the same time zone to be competitive. Contests for in-game rewards are fun when held occasionally. With that said, I hope if Clash of Clans is going to implement any type of clan wars that the fact that clans are global be taken into account. I trust that Supercell is thinking through all the aspects from matchmaking, length of event, gemming allowed or not, how to balance this across TH levels and so much more. This is a huge undertaking.
Decent update with the new king and queen abilities but you didn't add any of the most asked for things like Clan Wars,Quests,or New Singleplayer Maps. Maybe for the next update(hopefully).
Still, my favorite thing is being able to chat while in replays/other bases

This is my first post into the forums here, but I have been playing Clash of Clans since the 2nd day it was out for Android. So for me, this is the first major update that I have experienced other than when I was just a rookie. I love the game so I thought I will give ya'll my feed back. Here it is...
Hero Abilities:
I was pretty excited about these additions when I first read about them via the Sneak Peeks. However I did feel a little discouraged when I realized I was going to be able to do much with these new abilities since my Barb King is only level 1, and my Townhall is currently in the process of being upgraded to level 8, so getting dark elixir is still a pretty slow process for me. I can't comment a whole lot on this since I can't do anything with the abilities, but I am looking forward on getting there eventually.
Level 6 Minions:
I am happy to see the minions get another additional level since they are a fun and cheap alternative troop when I am trying to stash up some elixir, but yet again, my Townhall is still level 7 and I cannot touch these level 6 minions just yet. (Same with the freeze spell)
Co-Leaders:
Brining the co-leader role was great, I was the founder of my clan originally but I thought it was best to hand over the reins to someone who was going to be more active. So being able to be a co-leader is great and makes me feel like I have a little more power within the clan. This is the only part of the update that I have fully been able to experience so far.
Gem Box:
Well... I love the idea, but I do realize that these are not quite functional yet. Two claps for future gems though!
Interface:
The interface is such a big part of the game, small changes are always welcome in my opinion, as long as they do not alter the gameplay in a negative way by either getting in the way, or having to get through more menus. So I much approve Chief SuperCell.
Troop Boosts:
Boosting (and nerfing) the troops was something I didn't see coming but I do agree with the changes. I just unlocked Hog Riders, and as of now they are not overly useful since I can only afford to build about 10 at a time, but I have watched a few videos of Hog Riders destroying bases. I was looking forward to doing the same... but I do understand the nerf and think its a good idea!
Overall:
I personally would love to see some more content that I was able to get hands on with and enjoy more of the content, but it will just be something I will have to look forward to as I level up my village! The small changes like the behind the scenes troop boosts, and the interface were not as noticed as some of the more major aspects, but the attention to detail is appreciated! Being a Co-Leader is great, and I will have some little level 6 hellians flying around soon enough.

The update has been okay.
I haven't got them yet but I understand Minions are 100k, it seems a bit too steep perhaps? Still, they look pretty cool and look forward to getting them in the future.
More gems. I think a lot of people were wondering how much "more" was. I removed 15 obstacles that I saved and received 18 gems so make of that what you will. A lot of them did not give me any gems but I did get 6 gems from one obstacle. I guess I was expecting at least one gem from each but I can't have too many complaints about this, as it is still free gems =]
Abilities are okay but I wasn't too excited about this in the first place. A lot of lower level people appear to be unhappy that they cant use the ability until lv5.
I'm impressed by other features such as reading clan messages whilst watching replays/visiting other people's bases etc. And it is also helpful that you can see how full army camps are and the clan castle just by clicking on them.
Co-lead seemed to cause a few problems in my clan originally with a lot of elders feeling hard done by for not getting co-lead - although the moaning has stopped now. Maybe co-lead has too many privileges? (and I'm saying this as a co-lead myself) I don't understand why an elder's right to promote were removed too. Whilst they may not be suitable for co-lead or leader, they have earned elder by showing they are trusted members and should have some privileges.
The only real issue I've had with recent updates is the loot changes. It's not been too much of a problem in terms of finding loot for me. I just don't agree with the intention of the changes to help TH10s find loot a lot easier. IMO, the game should be harder/challenging for th10s (as it is the highest level after all).
Overall though, whilst not being the most exciting and game changing update, there have been some decent features added.

I like the updates to King, Queen and Minions. Even the DE cost is ok, as it is the top level troops after all and should require effort. Interfact and Co-Leader are good too.
There was no need to nerf Elders though.
The BIG thing is you did not fix the "click NEXT" problem, and loot :mad:
And how about some new defence levels for us?

I must confess that i was eagerly waiting for the moment to gem this update and take it for a spin. Well i didnt. Why? I dont use freeze spell and will probably not doing it.
Minions - i stopped using them month ago.
never use valks (already maxed)
never use pekka (already maxed)
so what changed in reality? Heroes? Not that much frankly speaking. It feels more like a topping on a cake then a real feature. I dont even use it sometimes because its no real need of doing so.
These all toys are nice but doesn't add more excitement or engagement to play (for me) even though i still do my sporadic raids and keep social with the clan. But no more gem spending atm.
with current base and troops for raiding i cannot see any significant change thats why i feel that my anticipations were higher then the reality and hence i have to wait until next update to see if its changing my opinion or not.

the update is awesome, but for me really dumb... i've seen some people doing 2 star on a fully maxed base with just king and queen lvl 40,( for example playclashofclans in the last episode for top 200 did it with heroes, 5 wiz and 1 golem remaining, and some spells)... with this update the game will be more fokin unbalanced for me, the heroes were way too OP already
For all of my negativity towards sc on this and all recent updates, the heroes change was actually a good one. Considering they go down for a long period of time when injured, and they are the super premium troops of the game, they should be beasts and have some special abilities. Now if they would just fix the loot...
