How would it be, when u can Upgrade builders hut.?

LvL 3 (3.000.000 Gold or Elixir) -> -10% Build time
LvL 4 (6.000.000 Gold or Elixir) -> -20% Build time
Upgrade XP:
to LvL 2: 460
to LvL 3: 1300
to LvL 4: 4000

Your 'upgrade builders' idea is great, but it can be abused, and it's been ruled out by Supercell, probably for one of the following reasons:
1. Players would upgrade builders to get stuff done faster instead of buying gems to complete projects.
2. Supercell would lose profits due to decreased gem sales.
