Behind The Wall, a Combination of TH 9 bases

Behind The Wall

Behind The Wall was inspired by looking and studying many difference base designs. After copying many, many designs I decieded to work on designing my own base, and this is what i came up with. As the tittle says many parts of the base where inspired by bits and pieces of bases ive used in the past. So without further ado i present to you Behind The Wall.

Normal layout- No variations

I remember first getting TH 9 and consistently searching for that meet all of my "standards". My standards where central CC, Wizard tower strong protection on Gold storage, and teslas near the core and well used. That's how I came up with the parts of the base and it's sections.

Nothing Special added the CC radius, it is unreachable without sending a loon or a Hog rider. Keeping 15 Minions/30 Archers/7 Wizards or whatever you prefer in your CC will help keep your resources YOURS!

Right here is the base with no buildings or defenses. I added this portion in to show the junctions. The junctions are pretty solid there are no junctions( changed the base to fix the junction problems).
Anti-Hog Rider Layout

Ahh those damn hogs are back? Don't worry about them. The anti hog verison works great and will you keep your resources safe and sound. It looks like when hpgs go to the mortars they will go to the xbows in core ruining your base. Wrong they go to the teslas pushing the back to outer most layer. All Wizard Towers are backed up with a giant bomb and mortars have their backs ( well except one). Heroes are optional in the layout( i keep mine asleep on defense when farming). To put them in the base all you have to do is switch the Dark Elixer drills out for them.

Heroes can be placed in both versions of the base
there or 0 X & T junctions
Works great for both semi new Th 9 & near max Th 9

I have had Great success with this base, Feel free to try it out!

At short glance, the only thing I notice are the junctions. Then again, there's only so much you can do about them without redoing the entire design. I like how the wizard towers cover the choke points and are near both storages. I notice pretty decent triangulation of mortars, and I love to see a centralized clan castle. The spring traps add a nice touch- they seem difficult to set off with one giant. Overall, I would say a job well-done.

Thanks for the feedback, the junctions wont be to big of a problem, but i will see if i can fix the junctions. No promises

Not bad, not bad. Junctions need some work though.

Will defiantly give this base a try and see how it holds up!

Updated the thread, Redid the base a bit changing the junctions.

WOW, i love this design!! glad to see the archer queen in the middle also, i feel that not enough people appreciate the help that she does in the core on defense. after my clans trophy push, i will definetely be testing out this design

First of all, the name is pretty creative and makes it stand out :D It seems like a solid base and is pretty intimidating too. One thing I would change is for the outer layer. I think you should open up both sides of it so that the attacker has to go around the base and probably wont get very far. Nice base!
