Attn: neighbors and friends

I have been having some trouble with some of my neighbors. They are neighbors that don't have pictures and use the standard head. They change the name under the pic and I don't know who it is. This morning I had one in my shop that was entirely uncalled for. It was obscene and I do not appreciate it. I will be deleting the neighbors that do not have pictures.
I have a 7 year old grand daughter that sometimes play my farm and I do not want her to see anything like that.


PLEASE ALL MY GOOD NEIGHBORS. PUT I PICTURE ON YOUR ACCOUNT. THAT WAY I CAN JUST DELETE THE PROBLEMS.

You should report the obscene name on the farm. Hay day is a family game and they do take care of these things so that we all have a pleasant time on our farms.

You did the right thing by deleting/unfriended the person.. If it was me, they would be gone in an instant, no problem.. I'm all for a laugh and a joke, and I'm no prude, but we all have our own limits and tolerances. It's always the "faceless" ones for some reason.. I wonder why..

Like John, I would be deleting them immediately, as well. My granddaughter likes to play with me whenever she is here (or I am there and bring my iPad) and though she is only 5 and cannot yet read, I would still like to keep things appropriate, with farm names AND avatar pics.

Please always report offensive farm/RSS names and field pictures through the in-game help/feedback button. Take a screenshot of farm/RSS so it can be located by Support. Include the screenshot(s) in your report.

I took a picture. But they don't have an aviator and I don't know who it is. I wish we could get to someone's farm from our shop I tried once to put a pic in a thread and couldn't figure out how to do it

You could check your GC friends list through the GC app. If you can find this person. enter the profile and scroll to the bottom to Report a Problem. While the name in the list may not match what you see, if you enter the profile, you'll see the name they use in the game and any avatar they have.

So, if you're willing to go into the profiles of all GC friends with generic gingerbread men avatars, you should locate it.

I have looked for these people using the ginger men before and not been able to find them. That is why when this happened I came to the conclusion that I would delete all of them although I hate to do that. I don't think they all deserve to be deleted for what a few do

I hard to delete farms when they only have the generic face. If you click on the face through the game center it will give you the name of their farm so you dont have to delete every generic face farm.

I don't know how to put the pics on here but I have pics of someone who has been coming to my shop. He helped me for the first time so I could see what his level is and he is NOT ON my friend list. I think I have at least 2 more and I need to know how they are getting to my farm

it did put the picture but not the two showing my friend list for that level showing that he is not on my friend list

rhis is driving my crazy and has been for awhile now. If people can get to my farm and put what they want below their pics how do I control this
