Haven't been TH9 for that long (3-4 weeks) and maxed out my barbarians and archers first, now my loons are upgrading to level 6 so sadly i can't use them yet.
Is it very hard to Barch to Masters?

It's not hard.....but it takes time to chose bases wisely....and to do a tremendous amount of townhall sniping.
We have two th8's that recently reached masters pretty much this way in under 5 days, starting at c2,000 trophies....Calamityjohn and Jo is Not There.
Advice....you need to stay online ALOT....attack as much as possible.
It's definitely possible, but it is difficult!
I've seen TH10 people who barched to champion before, but it takes so much time & effort to get it right.
BUT, I have seen a couple of TH8 masters who barched up to 2750, which is quite high.
I dont have much advice for you only to max your army camps, 20 spaces makes the difference!

Yeah lol. BARCHing is overall pretty easy, you just need to practice it a lot.
