I wouldn't say L7 walls are good for a th9... And yes you're slightly premature.. But since I'm even worse I shouldn't critizise you for that :)
Honestly, you have recovered from being a very premmie th9, after saying you were th8 for a week. Anyway, max the splash and the xbows next, as well as the cc when you get a chance. They will make your base look a little more intimidating because, frankly, your walls suck.
