Hi.
I don't know what to do. My ingame name is my last name - and people have somehow found me on facebook.
There are people who have written threats to me and written to some of my friends. What should I do to get this stopped? I do not know those who writte to me, but I could imagine that I have attacked them.(?!?!)
I'm (almost) max TH10, and feel not to start over.
What should I do when SC will not help?

I would first make your facebook page private. You can change the settings so that only those you request or people that know specific information like your phone number or email can find you. Even if its just for a couple of weeks while you get the supercell thing sorted out. I would also private message a mod here on the forums. They can usually talk to support and find out whats going on. It can take a little while though so you'll have to be patient.
Double check your privacy settings on facebook so only your close friends can see your posts or post on your page, you may have to make a separate group of close friends. Just double check your settings. Do the same for any social media site.
Online bullying should not be accepted as you only have to see the sad ending to some of this abusive behaviour.
Let's a hope a mod picks this up and can help resolve your issue.

Support can take up to 4 weeks to reply but when they do they will change your name for your. Till then make your FB private and wait.

I have reported them on Facebook.. But it's annoying that SC don't even want to help.. :-(
If it isn't one of those reasons then they do not have to change your name. You can however tell them about your FB issue and they MIGHT reconsiderQuote:

All I can do is report the people on facebook.. It's just not funny when a game goes beyond my privacy - and friends. I did not really believe that others could find me when I have a "private" facebook.

Was your username only your last name, or was it first and last name?
Depending of the nature of the threats, you could take them to your local police. It can mean serious trouble for them if it's serious threats.
Also changing your IGN will not keep them from going to your FB since they know your name now. Closing and changing your FB settings can be an option.
As support suggested,take screen shot of the threats people are posting and send them to support.
