Clan Leader chat

I would like to see the Clan Leader be able to click on any of their clan members to leave a personal message to that single member.
Some times members might be doing something that you, as clan leader, do not agree with. So without sending a message to all clan members, and possibly causing embarrassment or confusing, you can send an individual message that no one else can see.
Could be used in so many positive ways.
