The unofficial requirements are th9, lvl8 walls, maxed loons, lvl5+ minis, lvl3+ drags, being active, donating good amount and 1.5 ratios between donations and requests. As I said, these are unofficial, but I don't think there will be huge difference. I'll keep you updated :)

Can I still join? I have lvl 6 loons and lvl 3 drags. I have lvl 4 minis that are currently upgrading to lvl 5 with 5 more days left till completion. I can donate only loons and drags until my minis are finished.

I am also spreading my disease in my clan. My replays of aerial bombardments and a stretch of overflowing storages has caused many to even use it at Th8.

Pretty much the same question as aTh and Stitch. I'm currently in hardcore farming mode, but I'll be pretty much done with defs in a good month, so if you'll be open for visitors let me know. I'd love to come for a day of looning with the experts!

I see your point and respect it, however we need at least 30 active players (ideally from different time zones) to maintain the clan (mainly donations). When people keep coming as going all the time it's really hard to maintain the clan on permanent basis.Quote:

So was there any drama in UAF while I was sleeping? Well, UAF is really a merge between the looners in Unity and the loonatix people. So there are definitely some differences in clan culture and playing style, but about 99% of us are air raiders, so I think we can work things out eventually, just give it some time :)
Within 1 single day, the Unity Air Force clan got filled almost completely to max, which was amazing. Thanks to Adam and leadership in Unity to make this happen. We did a lot of preparation for this to make it an instant success - vigorous planning was ongoing for a whole week while we did trophy push. So what ended up happening was that:
1) Unity Alliance used to have 5 ground attack clans (with some air raiders here and here), now consolidated into 4 pure ground attack clans
2) About 30 members of UAF are from various clans of Unity Alliance, most of them are from Unity Legends.
3) Rest of the members are from Loonatix and we hold 3 spots open for visitors on a permanent basis. It would be quite hard for Loonatix to form a permanent clan because many members don't want to leave their home clans, but with an alliance-wide reorganization we just did in Unity, we were able to make it happen while keeping members happy.
4) We quickly filled just about all spots in the clan, merged existing leadership transferred from Unity Legends with leadership from Loonatix. Now we have a very stable clan starting day 1 which is super amazing :) We couldn't have done it without the support from the Unity Alliance and the Loonatix clan, so thank you!
We really like that fact that we can make our looners happy by bringing them together into 1 clan, with consistent and easy donations of air units, while keeping our total clan cap at 5. We don't want to go more than 5 clans because it would be too much too manage. We have a council structure where every elder/co-leader/leader participates to make big decisions for our alliance, so if we get too big then decisions will take too long to make :) As with any new clan, things don't always go smoothly immediately, so we have worked quickly to populate necessary rules in place to ensure that our UAF clan will be as successful as it can be, while keeping to our alliance's goal of keeping "lean and elite" :)
I also like to thank Adam for his loonatix clan which brought inspiration to make UAF happen. Without his idea, our looners would probably still be in various clans suffering slow air donations. Also the visitation spots is a good idea so that we can share our knowledge with the community, as well as learn tricks from visiting experts. It is the passion of air raiding that keeps us moving forward :)

Hi guys,
As promised before, I'll summarise what I have achieved with your help in the Loonatix camp.
Before I joined the camp, I was farming in c1 and c2. After joining the camp and learning some new tricks from you, first I went down to Gold 1 to fill up my elixir storages then started moving up. Now, I am in the champs and I thank you for your help and support.
The worst part of my journey was M2 and M1, as everybody was protecting their resources (especially elixir) very well and as a farmer I had the instinct of farming the resources first, but then I was losing the battles. So, I bit the bullet and kept focusing on winning and ignoring the loot. After I reached 3000 trophy level, I started seeing bases where the resources are not protected properly. In my opinion the best trophy range is 3100-3200 for farming (lots of over 5K de villages!), as I have tried up to 3400s and this was the best range. However, you need to be careful that if you are close to the end of the season, you may find yourself in M1 when the new season starts!
Here are some hints and tips for farming in the champs;
1) You need at least lvl20 heroes and the AQ is a must have as she can clear some buildings for you without getting shot by enemy defence units. Currently, I am using my AQ and upgrading my BK (tried other way around but very tough with BK only). Also, you must have max loons, lvl5 minis (lvl6 is a bonus though) and lvl 3 drags (lvl4 makes some difference). You will also need to boost at least 2 barracks and your spell factory (occasionally your heroes, but if you are careful, you don't need to). I usually keep 1 lightning and 4 rages and use 2 rages in average in each battle.
2) You need to play in sessions, because as soon as you log off you get attacked. The higher your trophy level, the more devastating the enemy attack is!! Hence the boosting of 2 rax and sf, so I can farm as much as I can in 2h.
3) The amount of DE you can farm is unreal!! I usually get 50K per day (2 x 2h sessions). I also get around 5-6mil gold a day (including the bonus), but if you focus on gold, you can get up to 10 mil a day.
4) There are players who don't collect their resources from their collectors/drills, so you will see huge amount of loots available time to time. There is a gentlemen's agreement that you get the loot and leave the trophies for your fellow coc player. I think it is a good deal. However, if you like, you can also try to win the battle at the same time.
5) Also, you will come across players who don't clear the tomb stones to give you the impression that they are inactive. Do not attack without checking the cc!! Never!
6) Most players have maxed heroes and you will find it difficult to deal with heroes and cc troops, so try to pick villages with no AQ.
7) If you have a tablet, you're lucky, as the sniping strategy is much easier on the big screen!
8) Maxed TH10 seems the best way but if you don't have a maxed village, you can still make it to the champs with good offence ;)

I use 30 loons, 20 minions and 1 dragon. 2 rages/2heal/1freeze(I never use the freeze though).
And I have my cc to kill opponents cc troops and aq.
