Are you a LOONATIC?

Adamantan, thanks for taking the initiative to coordinate this. I am definitely still interested in making this happen. I have started to make arrangements in my clan to turn over the leadership to others starting Monday. I guess I am trying to affirm my commitment to this "loonitic" clan as well as telling you that Monday works for me as a start date!

Just some background on me, I am a TH9 that is completely maxed other than walls, heroes, and certain DE troop upgrades. I have been in this situation since late November and to be honest, I am getting tired of the grind and may go up to TH10 either right after this loonitic project or even during. I intend to be flexible when I join. If there are very few other TH9's, I may jump up to 10 to facilitate my involvement in the clan chat discussion. But most of my balloonion experience and relevant contributions will be from the viewpoint of a TH9.

Perhaps you could stop by afterwards? I am not sure how long this project will last but assuming that it works like we all hope, there will be enough sharing of ideas to last more than one week, maybe?

No. I'm a TH8 with lvl5 loons and lvl4 minions. They've been going well so far. I'm just sitting in Crystal3. Sometimes I rake in the loot, others fail dismally haha But it's great for DE farming. Which is what I'm concentrating on right meow.

Hope you're well. Thanks for your replied to the thread.

I understand that you have a competition, but if you could join after it's finished, that'd be really great. I wholeheartedly believe that we all can learn something new from each other. If necessary, I will stay in the temporary clan until end of Feb to ensure that we can meet as many looners as possible. Most people would like start now as they need to leave for 17th Feb Forum Competition, otherwise I would love to arrange it at a time that would suit everyone.

BG is right, any level is fine, but need to be in the right trophy range. Some looners are in the champs and it's not because they have the max loons/minis, but they have the skills. Hopefully, we can improve our techniques and join them in the champs :)

Re: upgrading to TH10; I'd say don't do it until you max everything, or at least wait until we start the clan. When I was in Unity Elite I had a discussion with Unity Sharp about this. He said he wasn't gonna upgrade to TH10 until his walls were maxed. I decided to max everything, except the walls, and upgrade to TH10. Now, I have maxed TH10 and serious loot problem. If I had maxed my walls at TH9 then I could have been in a better place now, as TH8,9 and 10s would be available for loot, whereas there is only TH9 and 10s available for me now, which is a big problem and there is big drama on the forum (I heard someone sacrificed 3 x ipad air, in order to fix the loot!). Hopefully Unity Sharp will be there with us and he can give you some advice.

Is loonion even profitable????I mean, it just saps up sooo much elixir. How do you make up elixir for all that's lost using loonion?I use bam and barch at gold l and ll, is loonion just for crystal and master? I also heard you can trophy push using loonions too, is this correct? PM me all about it. im lvl 105 and wouldn't mind learning more about this strat.
