ABILITY TO HAVE MORE THAN 50/50 per clan in clan chat

WE SHOULD HAVE THE ABILITY TO HAVE MORE THAN 1 clan talk in clan chat so feeders can talk to the other clans.

Also we should be able to upgrade the troop housing space a spring trap can kill...
