could the new rank pls not be called "co-leader"

Hey there I'm back! and i decided i wanted to ask a question and hear your opinions about it.

Does the new co-leader rank have to be called "co-leader"? Because that name kinda signals that they are equal to the leader which they are not (in terms of options as they can't demote each other or promote others to co-leader), also it disturbs the hierarchy of the clan exactly because it signals that they are equal to the clan leader, i don't make use of a clear hierarchy in my clan because i don't like to have anyone believe they are worth less than others but i still want to have it clear that i am the one in charge. I really like this new rank and i especially love how the elders get less power, and i want to use this new rank but i would still be really happy if the name could be changed either before the update is out or in another update. The rank could be called a lot of things as an example would "general" or "clan secretary" be fine names (IMO).

I just think you should be gratefull that SC actually listens to the community, it is a fine update and name. It states for what it is.

Definitely! I agree. This position sounds as if the 'co-leader' has the same power and position as the leader. It sounds like both of them are leading the clan. Does anyone know if this is official in the next update?

It is official. I really don't think it matters what it is written as. It matters what they have the ability to do.

I agree it shouldn't be called 'co-leader'. By their powers maybe 'assistant leader'

Before more complaining happens, I'd like to point this out:

You guys asked for co- leader. Almost every thread I saw on this subject had 'There will be a new rank called co- leader.'

I might ask, if you guys supported it when it WASN'T in the game, why are you asking for changes to it now that it IS going to be?

If supercell did everything that you guys asked for, someone would still complain. If you supported the idea of co- leader, don't make complaints about it now. Be happy and grateful that supercell listened to you and put it into the game.

Think co-leader is fine. It will help a lot in clans like ours.

Nothing you say now will affect what SC calls it, the update is probably ready for release.
