Remove Tesla's 2x DPS against PEKKAs

Title says it all. Might make PEKKAs a bit more useful.

pekkas are usefull, you just have to know how to use then, just like every troop in the game.

I have used gowipe with PEKKAS on my main account (lvl 101 one, not the one in my sig) and I never been really affected by hidden Teslas.

But I do see your point with lower lvl pekkas, but since mine are lvl 4, they are mostly strong enough to handle teslas

My teslas haven't really made me win a defense alone, they are on of my least favorite defenses IMO

pekkas are overpowered and will straight up dominate bases without the times 2 tesla damage. that's why they implemented that into the game in the first place.

wow really, teslas are my favrouite defense, i find lv 6 and 7's just destroy most troops, it does more damage than my xbow lol
