Uhmm, all clashofclans information is saved in gamecenter (for ios) if you go out of a wifi zone, you cant connect with gc, and gc gets information via a server, where it ahould have wifi for to be abe to connect to the server, also, you wouldnt be able to attack, look at others, youre clan, global, so what would you do?
CORRECTION:
All of your clash of clans/village info is on supercells servers, not actually on your device. You access your account (Which is stored on supercell's servers) through wifi.
It's sort of like this:
If you have a key, you can get into your house. If you have wifi, you can get onto your village. Wifi is the key to your village, because you don't ACTUALLY have your village on your device or gamecenter- supercell has your village, and you can access your village with wifi.
If you don't have wifi, you can't go on your village, because you have no way to access your village. (In other words, without wifi you're locked out of your village, like without a key you're locked out of your house.)
Actually it is possible to play Clash without wifi already, I do it many times in the car. It only works with the phone though, if you have an iphone, and turn your wifi off, you can play clash anywhere without accessible wifi. Though, it saps a lot of money and a lot of cash from your data plan, so only do it in important situations.Quote:

Although I would love this idea, it would be near impossible because you wouldn't be able to attack (which requires wi-fi) or visit other players bases (which requires wi-fi) or check Top Players or My League or Top Clans or Friends, (all of which require wi-fi) So really, the only thing you could do is collect resources from your collectors, train troops, and redesign your base. This would lead to the already large problem of players staying on the game 24/7 and never being able to get attacked.
