I know that vegetation obstacles like trees and bushes respawn every 8 hours. Do they respawn in the same place as you removed it before or does it respawn in a random location?

Its a ramdom location
It will spawn in a random location as long as there is enough space. If you remove a building from the center of your base and leave it empty long enough you will get something there as long as the space is big enough 3x3 I think is the minimum
