Background Colors or Background Picture: Blue, if it looks good. If not then it's up to you.
Troops: Level 5 or 6 Wizard (Whichever looks best), Level 6 Balloon, and Level 5 Minion

Btw, I've got a few that I really need to work on but should get to yours within the next few days.

Background Colors or Background Picture: Signature design similar to my good friend firelizard's but instead with lime green accents instead of dark blue
