What really aggravates me is when a th9 who has superior troops to my defense can 3 star me and take 300k gold. I imagine th9's feel the same when th10's do that to them. Fight your own th lvls. Many say de zappers can't raid for de so they take it the cheap way. If you can't fight your own th lvl then you can't raid. You have to use your superior troops and take loot from an inferior th.

Fighting same TH levels might sound like a good idea, but it cannot be implemented because of one single reason:
Premature bases.
Imagine you made a mistake and premmie up to TH9, and now you can only fight TH9. That's the nail on the coffin right there.
I agree. But it's still fair play. If you could only attack your own th level, my mini would be stuck raiding th 6 noobs for 5k gold

btw:
A TH9 taking all resources from a heavy TH8 (with a Tier 1 farming army) = a lot of skill
A TH10 taking all resources from a heavy TH9 (with a Tier 2 farming army) = quite a bit of skill
