New Loot system
As far as i see the problem with the loot is mainly that there are just not enough resources in the game for the higher town hall players. So if you think about it changing the loot system so we can raid more than 350k or 400k at TH9/10 won't solve anything since it will just result in players losing soo much loot everytime they log off. Changing the loot system so there are no longer loot penalties or lowering the loot penalties will just cause higher levels to pick on the lower TH people and it will cause frustration with lower TH level players.
So the only solution to solve this problem is increasing the amount of loot available in the game.
The 3 ways to do this (might be more but this is all i could come up with) are the following:
1. Increasing the amount mines and drills produce or introducing a few upgrades for drills and mines (not a big fan of this idea since its mainly good for very passive players.
2. Adding in computer generated towns with a lot of loot (also not a fan of this)
3. Last one and best one by far according to me: adding loot bonus for attacking town halls of same level or higher once you've reached a certain TH level.
I would use the folllowing system:
Simple solution to solve the loot issues:
Starting from town hall level 7 you get a 15% loot bonus for attacking a same town hall level or higher
so
lvl 2 attacking lvl 2 or higher = 100%
lvl 3 attacking lvl 3 or higher = 100%
lvl 4 attacking lvl 4 or higher = 100%
lvl 5 attacking lvl 5 or higher = 100%
lvl 6 attacking lvl 6 or higher = 100%
lvl 7 attacking lvl 7 or higher = 115%
lvl 8 attacking lvl 8 or higher = 130%
lvl 9 attacking lvl 9 or higher = 145%
lvl 10 attacking lvl 10 = 160%
So not counting drills and mines max loot a TH10 could get would be 400*1.6 = 640k gold and 640k elixir.
Obviously the one getting attacked would only lose the 400K of each or it would defeat the whole purpose of this system.
The reason i suggest a system like that is because at lower level there is no bonus needed but the higher your town hall the harder it gets to get loot but also the more loot you need for upgrades so it's only logically you compensate this by adding in increasing loot bonuses depending on TH lvl.

Thank you! someone who gets it! all these beggers begging to change anything will only lead to anything below th9 to give up! the only way to fix this properly should be per star you take on a base you get the loot bonus! so that even farmers with proper th9 don't bother anymore to search gold leagues for loot... and that starting Crystal3 the bonus per star is already intresting enough to leave anyting below 2000 trophies behind,
