Teleportation Spell

So I've been thinking why not create a teleportation spell where you can teleport troops to a destination of your choice. You'll need to create a pair in order to make it work, if you only create one it will have no affect.

Lasts For 5 sec At Lvl 1, 8 sec at Lvl 2, 13 sec at Lvl 3

Requirements: TownHall lvl 8 and above.
Spell Factory Lvl 6

Cost(s): Lvl 1: 25,000 Elixir (changeable if requested)
Lvl 2: 30,000 Elixir (changeable if requested)
Lvl 3: 45,000 Elixir (changeable if requested)

Time Taken: 50 mins

Upgrade Costs: Lvl 2: 3,500,000 Elixir. Time: 4 Days
Lvl 3: 7,000,000 Elixir. Time: 6 Days

Teleportable Troop Capacity: Lvl 1: 10 Troops (housing space)
Lvl 2: 20 Troops
Lvl 3: 30 Troops
*If the time runs out before you maximize your troop teleportable capacity then too bad.

So it won't be so OP

place 1 on your troops, place the other at TH/storages

It could have an increasing limit as the levels go up of how many troops it can teleport e.g lvl 1 can teleport 15 troop capacity, lvl 2 twenty capacity and lvl 3 twenty five capacity. Just so it's not too OP.

Lvl 6 spell factory for th8 and up... Not possible :p
Also, too op, just tp 5 pekkas on townhall and you win, or tp troops on storages... No point of making better layouts then
