well, I'm not a good raider and defender

but I have idea on how to overpower my enemy by delaying not used / less important upgrades to get next levels much useful upgrades

I've visited your base,
you're TH8 with Lv.4 troops, lab idle, no BK yet... and wrong composition of army.

first, you're using too confusing and too expensive army... just use barb-archers and few wb... you can eliminate giants, goblins and minions to save elixirs and DE for your kings.

then your fist priority should be get either barb or archers lv.5 running on your lab and max your camps...

after that, you can push to 1400+ to get BK easily because DE is very rare on your trophy range.

then enjoy your TH8, you should not upgrade to TH9 until you find out how to farm on gold league and you have maxed all (wb, wizard, giants, goblins) and all your spells.

Inspired by this thread lol. My TH8 is finishing in 2 days, what things should I max before moving onto TH9? I realize by the time I farm all skull walls by builders will be idle and I don't want that to be the limiting factor.

I should be just a TH8 if I max everything, but look at above screenshot of my base...

tell me which you prefer? a maxed TH8 with lv.6 tesla/lv.10 AT/golden cannon or all my above goodies...
lv.5 troops or my maxed lv.6 farming troops?

just find the right cups range, you should get more than you're on TH7 because you have stronger troops...

if you have no problem on elixir then it's fine...
because to get all the best goodies on TH9 all you need is 20-30 million of elixir :)

By goodies you mean army camps, lab, spell factory, and troop upgrades right? I wanna at least get my BK to 10 before going to TH9, heroes are beasts.

Why level 10 before th9? It just slows down gold/elixir focusing on DE. Plus, DE is way easier to farm at th9 with more things, just attack abandoned th9+ before you get th9, just hold at least 40k de for the queen.
