Personally, I'd max everything. That's just me, though. The beauty of the game is that you can play however you like.
Good luck! :)

Max out th7. ;)
Edit: yay 600 posts ;)
max out everything....maxing out lab upgrades too is imp dont kniw when supercell nerf a troop or buff them up
You could, but I think once we start cutting corners its hard to stop. You go up a little early then next you know your a Th10 with a crappy looking base that everybody finds funny and gets 3 started all the time.
Don't max Th7 if your in that much of a hurry, but make sure everything is done at Th8, cause loot dosnt get any easier to find and your be maxing at some stage.
You know if you don't upgrade something now and then move on you will probably have to upgrade it later and it might take your time then.
So if you have the chance to upgrade teslas then do it becuase you will have to do it now or later.
Its easier to find loot now because you are almost maxed out 7 but if you upgrade your th then you will be a low level 8 which is harder to beat good bases on.
Your "next button" costs more and you get less loot.
So overall its smarter to do it now.
But the temptation is a bad thing xD
I have never been more sure of anything!!!!! Go for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Personally knowing what I know now I would stay and max everything, but if you dont you are still in a better position than I was when I started th8 and I managed to turn it around and max th8. People will tell you horror stories that th8 loot is terrible, dont listen to them its exactly the same as th7 just you cant raid th5 anymore :D
Army Camps, boy!
Also, you'd want to max out Collectors & Mines as quickly as possible. It's gotta be done eventually, so why not take it out now? It's a pain but once it's done, it's done.
Also, I'd start upgrading Hidden Tesla's to lvl 3.
Other than that, good job!
Stay where you are...
Get those teslas done you'll only have to do them later
