th8 or stay at th7 and max out it!!!!!

I would do it, when i maxed out my townhall 7 it helped out so much.
Go to town hall 9.. once you finish walls it gets so boring
I'd go for it. You look fine for TH8.

Hm.... I personally would wait two weeks just to max those archer towers and teslas. The teslas in particular get very good at TH8. If you upgraded now however, you'd probably be fine, especially with your BK (mine was only L1 when I got TH8 ;P). Nice work!
Always max out your base if possible, harder to get more loot with loot penalties...
