Help outs on how to raid?

Ok I have a few questions that I would appreciate answered.


first, Whats the best army for trophy hunt for crystal leagues, and master leagues.

Second, how do u guys manage to make so much loot, I barely gather 3mil for a mortor upgrade after 20 raids or so, so anytips on how to increase loot made a day, would be great (without no lifing though, like in 10 raids a day)

Best trophy hunting base out there?

I'm a little confused you want to farm and cup hunt at same time? I would think loons would be best for that in masters barch in crystal. If you want gold for upgrades silver and gold are the places to be

Trophy hunting and farming are two very different things! If you're trophy hunting, you could always try a hog or balloonions army. If you're farming, I'd go with the BAM (barbs, archers, minions) army. Check the tactics sub forum and you'll find great tips.

I'm not 100% sure on the cup hunting army as I'm still experimenting myself. On my last push, I was a th9 and used lvl 4 hogs and lvl5 heal spells. That worked awesome up until right before master and then things got hairy. I had to be very picky about which bases I attacked. My clan is pushing again in the beginning of Feb and I plan on giving the balloonion army a go.

As for farming, it changes from day to day. I had an awesome day yesterday and in 10 attacks I averaged 280k per raid. That is higher than my norm tho as my normal average is closer to 230k per raid. Yesterday I had about half and half of collector raids to storage raids.

In my opinion, it's important to be flexible while farming. Bring an army with you that you are able to get collectors and/or storages. Also experiment with trophy ranges (yesterday I was in 1600-1700 but a few days before that I was 1300-1400 with similar results.) I also prefer a quick, low-cost army. I train 8 giants, 8 wbs, and then fill 2 barracks with archers, one with barbs, and one with gobs. I then let my camps fill up. But BAM and Barcher armys are also very effective. It depends on what you prefer.

I like giant/healer through 2200. Then bloonion works really well.
