how supercell could boost the supercell economy...

ok, so first off... loads of people are complaining about how there is no loot, and everyone is just searching forever... well.. this will result in people quitting, therefore less gems to be bought therefore less money for supercell.... so, supercell could do both themselves a favor and us. How?

1. Make it so that they have to max out their collectors before upgrading their town hall.
2. Make a level 12 mine/pump, or just more of them

I think these would be very effective, especially no.1, however both together would make a good combination.

What are your opinions?

Forcing people to max their collectors is just dumb. It's their choice on whether they want to or not. I wouldn't mind seeing an achievement for upgrading collectors but you shouldn't have to if you don't want to.

I dont really like the idea of forcing players to upgrade a specific building. Achievments or rewards for upgrading collectors would be a better solution imo.

There are many ways supercell can fix the problem

a good one for example will be league bonous on defensive wins.


But in supercells eyes there is no problem, less loot for us equals more sales for them.

The solution to the loot problem is for SC to release more inactive bases into matchmaking. Doing this has a number of advantages:

• SC is concerned that too much loot would destroy the game. I don't know how much is "too much", but I see their point. They could easily control the number of inactives that are available on a daily, hourly, or even continuous basis to keep the game fun but challenging. There need never be a "loot always sucks on weekends" issue again.
• Raiding a base, even an inactive one, is far more fun than collecting from collectors/mines, and hardcore farmers will gladly pay to boost troops and spells if there's enough loot out there to make it worthwhile.
• Inactives are the only players in the game who don't care if they get raided. When and if they come back to the game, there's a maximum amount they can have stored up in their mines/collectors, and it doesn't matter to them if they've been raided 1 or 100 times in the intervening period.

In short, more loot, more fun, less player angst.

yeah i wasn't to sure about forcing them but didn't really think of a better way... but i think the achievement idea would be great!

Whether or not this would work, I'm not sure about that either since you can max collectors at TH7. I'm not sure if every TH7 and above had max collectors if that would fix the loot problems people are experiencing.

SC is right, too much loot will indeed destroy this game...

However, too little loot will destroy the game as well... My guess is there will be something in this update that helps get us back to equilibrium. These Supercell guys (and girls) are smarter than many of us give them credit for.

I see this suggested a lot. But what I don't know is if this is a reasonable suggestion. Does Supercell currently "hold back/limit" the amount of inactive bases? Is there any proof? I have no idea which is why I ask.

Also if they do limit the amount of inactive bases in match making, I'm curious as to what defines an inactive base? I'd guess it would be based on how long it's been since a player logged on. But how how many hours does it take for someone to be inactive?
