It'll be OP. Pls SC, cancel the update quickly, before the damage's dealt.
We don't know what TH level yet. so it's hard to know how it will affect players.
Let's try keeping it all to one thread! Forum gets really messy around this time of updates.
Most certainly TH 10 (or 11 :rolleyes:), highly doubt they would give this away already at 9, since 9 already gets minions lvl 5.
I think it will be most likely for th10 people using the ballon minion stratergy will be very happy maybe they will need ballons, or the minion within a few weeks..

They will not be OP. Have you tried to use the current max loonion against th10s? It will be a buff but by no means OP, especially with discos.
