Nice guide, but there are a few flaws. You do not need to max collectors /mines to progress and only important/ regularly used troops (these are differ for everyone based on their play style) need to be maxed. Why waste DE on valks and golems if will never use them (I upgraded them but am yet to use them) or lab time on PEKKAs?

Premature is a matter of opinion, but the basic point is why level up your TH of you aren't going to take some sort of advantage of it. Why go to TH9 for X-bow or TH10 for infernos when you don;t have the other cheaper easier just as effective defenses.
That said if you don't actually do that much defending you mostly attack then as soon as your lab is done with what you need it's time to move up, up, up, and have more fun, fun, fun.
I don't agree on the collectors.
I have to work all day so I can't play for 8 hours.
So why would I upgrade my collectors? For giving loot for other players?
if you can't play all day wouldn't you want something to give you income while youre at work? keep your th outside then a noob will snipe it... then free 12 hrs for your collectors!Quote:

I don't think walls are the backbone of the game - I would say defs are more important. In my view the minimum safe wall requirement is so they can't be one-shotted by the wbs from the TH level immediately above your level.
I also don't see the intimidation factor. If I found a base with lvl 11 walls and lvl one defs and sufficient loot I'd attack. A wall is not intimidating, it doesn't hit back. Bases with high level walls generally have high level defences, but it is the base as a whole that should be considered not just the walls. Or are the people that say walls are intimidating just scared of walls? Also, how many people are using mass drag, loonians and hogs these days?
On def upgrades, yes they are important, but I would say attack upgrades, lab/troops/camps/spell factory should be a priority. That said I'm not sure if I will do the lab first at TH10 as there isn't a buff to any troops I use.
Defs and attack upgrades tend to be not too be mutually exclusive though as defs need gold and attack needs elixir, so you can do both. The constraint is mostly builders and the efficiency of farming the resources.

That collectors give to other players is a myth, even if you work 8 hours a day, as I am sure many do. People who lose their collector loot are just doing it wrong.Quote:
