I'm currently playing at master level. Bases are so built up that it simply takes more time than allotted to do a proper attack. How about another 30 seconds? Alternatively, you can add a graduated amount of time based on league level.

That league level idea sounds better, cuz there is a good reason why there is a time limit.. But it should defenitly not be the same for someone bronze 2/lvl 10 as for a champion/lvl 100.
