Right, that's where I've been going wrong then, using up all my crops and having to buy more all the time.
Some times I will grow the main crops that you use for feed and sell, grow, sell. Doing that,I try to keep 10 on hand. As for the other crops that I have so far I like to keep 20+ if possible and don't go crazy with the machines and use the last crop.
Learning all this has made such a difference to what I can save in coins! Previously I was wondering why I needed more fields, now they are in continually use and I'm saving a fortune! I was only planting to grow feed ingredients then buying more stock as required. I can't believe I couldn't quite figure this out all this time! It's going to make saving for machines so much easier. Thanks everyone.
