Hello farmers, can I send a message to my neighbours?

Not on the farm, but you can send them one on the forum if they have registered and check their private messages
or you can send them a message through kik, if you get their ID

Not through HD. You can send pm through here or fb if on an an android or with kik.

Some people temporarily leave messages for people via their farm name, but bear in mind that they might not spot it, and that everyone else can see it :D
