1. We donate level 3+ archers (default)
2. all members and the few elders are loyal so far and have helped out tons!
3. We NEED more members! We have I think 8 or 9 right now but steadily growing!
4. Elder is EARNED except for the elders there are i know them and trust them very well so do not ask
