It's been discussed before numerous times, although I'm not certain, I'm fairly confident Mama doesn't seek another feeder just yet. Last time we spoke about it was a couple weeks back, I agree with Net that we need both clans to be at optimal conditions before considering the creation of another lower level feeder/brother. Numerous clans make the costly error of expanding too rapidly; I know that there'll be dozens, if not hundreds of requests which are declined due to a less than minimal experience level, but it's not the worth stress and effort in my opinion.
Both clans just went through changes, let them settle in and for everyone to become comfortable again. Then create a new feeder when Netti is ready. She has a new house and other things to prioritise at the moment, no need for another worry. Things are going well and looking up, why not enjoy them?

Lots of people ask about a third clan, and one day we will make one. Just no time very soon. It takes a big investment of time and patience to start a new clan and we don't want to weaken what we have.
So as soon as we have settled in our new house we will think again about it.The plan is to have nettis 2nd account lead it but it is still th6..
