Co-leader and elder chat

Ok, i know these ideas were posted already, but i would like to share my opinions and ideas on these 2 topics. So first off, elder chat. I believe that having an elder chat would be an excellent addition. Lets say the elders and leader want to get together to discuss an issue within the clan, or perhaps talk about who to promote or who to kick. This would be a great place to discuss these things when you dont want any regular members eaves dropping or jumping in. second, co leader. This term is used a lot in clan banners but arent really worth anything. I think that a co leader rank could be established. The co leader could be called lieutenant or maybe even co leader. There will be only one clan co leader and the co leader may edit the banner and demote unworthy elders as well as kick out anyone. If the co leader is a threat, the leader may demote him. So what do you guys think? Please hold back any negative comments.

Hey if the threads aren't closed why don't you post there instead? You can even read what people have already said of such topic. If I shared my opinion about the idea of elder chat and co-leader in another thread I'm not going to repeat myself over and over again.

I understand that. But this is what i mean by holding back negative comments. Dont tell me its posted a thousand times already, im aware of that. Just reply to the thread and tell me if you Agree. What are the ups and downs? Thanks. :)

If you're aware of the fact that this is both in the sticky and posted hundreds of times before, then why not simply comment on one of the pre-existing threads?

I made a thread about that all ready

This idea would be a waste of time. Why are you afraid to talk in front of members? If you as elders are scared to talk about clan business in front of members, you are not very good leaders.

Co leader? nooooooo!! One leader is already a pain!

private chat for elders?? noooooo!! Transparency is good! Do everything out in the open, else the clan will function like office with bosses n their private offices!

Dont take fun out of the game with more levels.

the only additional role I endorse is....... Permanent member! Not elder.... Just a permanent member!

Also, restrict the number of elders per clan to 5 or 8. There's too many chiefs and too few Indians !!!!

The reason most people want a co-leader is to appease somebody in their clan who also wants to be a clan leader. If somebody wants to leave your clan because that can't be a leader, you are better off without them. Why stop at two leaders? We should be able to have 50 so everybody will be happy.

How can something that doesn't exist in the game suck? There are many threads requesting for the feature and many more who support it.
