When is the super version of hog rider coming in? It's been toooo long since we got sneak peak of it in the party king video.
The super archer came in secretly without any sneak peak and this one taking too long after showing the sneak peak.

If I remember properly, somewhere in forum ,Darian said that the advertising is done by creative agencies ,so it is not done by Supercell. He also said that all the things that are shown in these adverts doesn't imply they are coming.
There are advertisements in Instagram where town hall 7 has eagle artillery does that mean it is coming.
They’ll be coming around Hog Mountain when they come (when they come).
On the way....

An agency created a rock theme with a hog with a tattoo. This tattoo happens to be a super troop logo which could be the band logo. Its not a far stretch here to see how the concept was formed. The advertisement also never promised that a new super hog was coming any time soon. Doesn't seem like Supercell should have any responsibility to add or fulfill anything here. If anything its players faults for trying to look for promises where none were made.
What part of the advertisement do you think they haven't fulfilled that was ACTUALLY promised that they still need t be held accountable for?
I said SC should be accountable for anything that they advertise which means take full responsibility of it. Yeah it can be a meme, game ad, promo etcetera.
If it states as a gameplay trailer then yeah whatever it shows must be ingame. Re read my previous post as I never said that made any false promises or fake feature videos. SC is a reputable company, I have seem enough trash game companies that just care about paper and nothing else.
I'm really struggling to see the point here. They are fully accountable for what they advertise. However advertising companies can operate with creative freedoms so while supercell gets final approval, we will see these creative freedoms in the final product. That doesn't make them any less accountable, thats just the nature of business. What do you feel they haven't been held accountable for in the advertisement to need reply this?
This is definitely one of the stranger arguments I've seen here. What exactly did we do that was misleading? Did we announce a Super Troop and not deliver on it? Did we promise something was coming and not release it? Or, did we say this is a Super Troop and then take it back?
Or did you assume that just because we applied creative license to a troop for the purpose of a CG video that it was something in development and that we intentionally misguided people on some weird crusade to hold us "accountable" for "messing up"?
Lemme clear out a few things
1) I never said SC made any false promises of any troop or feature. Re read my posts please.
2) What I mean't by being accountable is a reply to a post by Ullaspn that said some other agency was handling SC's ads, which I am totally fine with.
It was an example of a scenario where if SC announces some ingame feature via ads and doesn't deliver it then it will be their fault irrespective of what agency made them.
3) I was just stating a general idea regarding how stuff works, not something against SC. I was not in any shape or form trying to demean SC.
I didn't use the word 'hog' in any of my replies. I was just stating a general idea of how stuff works. I used the word "if" in my posts which depicts a scenario.
That's how books also explain scenario's with examples so it's better to understand. The guy eating 500 watermelons per day in the math book isn't real.
... to be honest, the OP doesn't seem all that interested in the responses to their thread anyway, and it seems the discussion now is taking a different turn than intended by OP ... maybe it's run its course and we can/should ... let it rest? I mean, yea, people can blow things out of proportion and keep on doing so, but it doesn't really change anything...
It's already there...
...in another island.
^_^ It's called HOG GLIDER. ^_^
