Oh... I finally found the answer.

When replying, just above the message box but blow the title box, you will see some icons to change the font size, etc. At the top left part, you will see the a/A | A/A button. Click and select the a/A button.

Then you can start to use the 'Enter" button.

If you click on the white house on your farm, then scroll down to Captain I-III, and look at where it says ?/3, ?/6 or ?/12! :)
