What happened to the TH snipers???

I kindof agree, TH snipers beyond crystal are extinct ....
Most just target crystal for gems ... beyond that, th sniping without loot is a stupidity. Because loot is dry.

As another person said in forums ... game got divided in two sections farming and trophy hunting. and Crystal 3 is the desert. All ppl farming are below crystal3 and all cup hunters are above. ... Cup hunters in crystal 1 and masters3 are running dry, so no one cares for th snipes if there is no good loot available.

The ways things are, dont seem right tho *sniff* *sniff*

Absolutely 100% agree with this! :)

Depends on your trophy range I believe.

When I farm low in Gold leagues it takes a while for my hall to be popped. Sometimes many hours.

In Crystal I put my phone down for 5 minutes and someone has popped it already.

7 all out attacks and counting, although the last one only got the 1k gold from my th.

Do you happen to have a decent amount of DE on you? I know that when I have more than 20k I get tons of full out assaults but now that I only have about 10k I've been getting mostly TH snipes. Sitting on 6M of each resource and just got sniped at about 1500 trophies, so idk what to say :P

I've been getting less th snipers as well. In fact, I usually wake up to +20 or more cups.

I'm sitting on 6m/6m/50k lol...

I'm trying to get to crystal league as a th5 for the gems by sniping but it's quite a risky business tbh. You get the risk of being revenged. Lots of TH are too close from defense, be it mortar, canon or archer tower wasting a lot of troops. Sometimes even heroes or cc troops come into play and I got to kill them with regret. Bombs are really common and tesla too which is a bit of a pain. Santa strike is the only trap I trigger happily as I know it gives quite a bit of elixir.
Result of all these trapped th is that I'm much more picky about what I try to snipe or not and if it looks like it's trapped, I'll only go for it if the trophy reward is worth it and may try to get a collector or two if it was really a pain to get it.
I'm in gold III for now, I hope to get there fast as it's quite the boring thing to do. Ah and I'd love to come accross an abandonned upgrading xbow to net a bit more gems too but no luck so far.
