On the old 45 min system it was probably cheaper to get them immediately. But not under the 4 hour system.
Only problem is, you need to play the 4 hours to really get value for money.
But spells used to take much longer to cook, I think the time now is just perfect. Spells SHOULD as long as the top tier troops.
Everyone saying it should be shortened. Enjoy having 5 rage spells dropped on you everytime you log out.
i think rage should be 30 mins
To all of you who are scared of being "zapped," How much DE do you need in your storage, and at what trophy level are you guys at? I have been playing since September 2012, have 2 accounts, a TH10 and TH7 and can probably count on one hand the amount of times I was attacked strictly by lightning on my DE storage.
PS. of course spell times should be reduced even more but I doubt it will happen.
I am always waiting on spells. It is ridiculous the amount of time it takes when cup hunting. If you use all your spells on one raid it can take hours to get them back.
I know the general population on the forum are farmers and lower town halls. The fear of lightning strikes on their DE storages prevent them agreeing with the change to make spell times shorter and I see where they are coming from. The people creating these threads and agreeing with reducing Spell times are players facing strong bases in higher trophy levels usually where the spells are very much needed.
What if spell times changed with a players trophy level? What if with along with Leagues and their associated bonuses, times for spell production were also decreased as an added bonus to higher Leagues? So someone in Crystal gets 10%, Master League gets a 20% reduction in spell times, Champion League 30%? Lets face it, the higher you go the more you use. It would certainly add some incentive for regular players to increase their trophies if the game up there was playable without the need for spell boosts because without a boost you can be waiting hours for your spells to replenish.
