I know the kiddie pool was a summer decoration you could buy. I hope it comes back for next summer update. The windmill I think is a win in the gift cards. However, I'm not completely sure of that one.
Indeed it is, it's actually just come up for me. Costs 35 gift cards to maybe hopefully get it.

Yes, the kiddie pool was a summer item to purchase to decorate your farm. I've never seen the windmill in the décor that can be purchased...I believe it can only be won if you turn in your Thank You cards for the red mystery décor box, and that, of course, is a chance you take as it's only one of the possibilities you can win.
