I'm managing the so-called Chinese COC wiki (and you can basically find the link in the "other language" part in the English wiki) (that isn't quite a wiki though, no people really edit the contents, even I don't edit often, but every month there're one or two guys... er... IP users asking about the lost of saves.) and I just saw one user asked about that save problem again.
I want to confirm something about the save things:
Many Chinese users don't know how to log in to Game Center, can't use facebook, and don't even know that they can ever have a Google Account due to the reaaaaally "closed" internet environment (well search Wikipedia "The Great Firewall"), and those android users love to "Brush Machine" (that's a word-by-word translation from Chinese, which means change the system), hence they always lose their save, and cannot recover by the accounts.
First, if anyone didn't log in to those accounts, is there a way to find the game back?? (Well I know your email system don't ever work. I've sent two tickets but no reply at all.)
Second, would you ever add some Log-in-as-Chinese-social-network thing? They sure can't use Facebook, nor twitter, in Mainland China (I'm a chinese that is studying in Spain...), and they would find difficulty using google (there's no server in China, but one in Hong Kong. And that's so far though). Once they are able to login with Chinese social network they won't lose the game that much.
Could anyone reply me? This would help me, the wiki and those Chinese COC players out!
