Is it possible to use the same Hay Day account between an iPad and Android phone?

I am playing Hay Day on an Android phone, is it possible play with the same account on an iPad?
ex. Play on android phone during the day and use iPad at night

If so which account link (Facebook, G+, GC, etc) I should be using?

Use Facebook to connect your farm to and it will work. Have the exact same setup in my family.

I have hay day on android phone now, I connected it to G+ AND facebook, should i disconnect G+ first before trying to get it onto ipad?

I confirmed for facebook. And you do not need to disconnect G+.

I use both :) - the only downside is that when I play on android I lose all my gc neighbours and only have the few fb friends who play.

Truth be told, I would have gone for a samsung tablet instead of new iPad had I known hay day would be accessible on android! - S**s law meant the android version was released 2 days after I committed to a 24 month contract on the iPad!

That's why I follow my GC friends, whoever gets on my Last helper tab.
