Clan Profile and Clan Achievements!

This idea came to me when I was thinking about or clan pushing. I think it would be a good idea to add a clan profile similar to the player profile but on it will be the clan achievements. This profile will be accessed via an info button identical to the one next to your name tag when you are looking at your village. This 'I' Button will be next to the leave button in the clan rooster.

Clan Achievements

currently I have thought of these clan achievements:

Get all those goblins: have a clan total of (tier 1: 2500 stars) (tier 2: 5000 stars) (tier 3: 7500 stars) on the Campaign Map.

Very nice and tidy: As a clan remove (tier 1: 5000's obstacles) (tier 2: 12,500 obstacles) (tier 3: 25,000 obstacles)
Gold Vault: As a clan steal (tier 1: 20,000,00 gold) (tier 2: 100,000,000 gold) (tier 3: 5,000,000,000 gold)
Elixir Tanker: As a clan steal (tier 1: 20,000,00 elixir) (tier 2 100,000,000 elixir) ( tier 3: 5,000,000,000,000)
Super Sweet Victory: As a clan achieve (tier 1: 3750 trophies) (tier 2: 37,500) (tier 3: 62,500 trophies)
Wall Annihilator: As a clan destroy (tier 1: 500 walls) (tier 2: 5000 walls) (tier 3: 100,000 walls)
Mortifier: As a clan destroy (tier 1: 500 townhalls) (tier 2: 5000 townhalls) (tier 3: 100,000 townhalls)
Nation Buster: As a clan destroy (tier 1: 1,250 builders huts) (tier 2: 12,500 builders huts) (tier 3: 125,000 builders huts)
All in need: As a clan donate (tier 1: 5000 troops) (tier 2: 250,000 troops) (tier 3: 1,250,000 troops)
Ruthless Ransack: As a clan steal (tier 1: 1,000,000 dark elixir) (tier 2: 12,500,000 dark elixir) (tier 3: 12,500,000 dark elixir) (tier 3: 50,000,000 dark elixir)
League all stars: All clan members must (tier 1: reach crystal league) (tier 2: reach master league) (tier 3: reach champions league)

Reward System

Once the achievement is completed the current clan members will receive a gem reward this will vary on the tier of the achievement and the difficulty. Elders and the Clan leader will be able to claim this reward. After a reward is claimed it will become the clans most recent achievement this will be displayed on the clan profile page.

In some clans, most of them are elders or should i say that everyone is elder. How are they going to claim it? Or limit the number of elders appointed by the leader?

The only clans that make everyone elder on joining are desperate clans bribing players to join them, this is not a valid argument.

another gem reward system ? How about a gold and elixr reward system? There are already enough ways to get gems
