Your village is fine, just put the teslas inside that 2x2 spot... You are getting raped because you have low level defenses, and anyone would attack you with that much loot available honestly

I think you were just available at the wrong time. Although the base is not impressive, it is not bad either so no reason to be 3-starred every time.
