THIS IS A GOOD I MEAN VERY GREAT IDEA! I hope supercell will add this eventually in the upcoming update.

Why would it be a bad idea? And how would it be abused? If you don't win or lose anything I can't see it hurting anyone and then it can help provide better strategies both offensively and defensively.
Can't see why they're saying it would be a bad idea, maybe they want everyone to go through live trial and error runs. +1 from me though

No hassle, very few extra rules, very easy to implement and cheap!
The following would apply when trying to attack a clan member:
- No trophies lost or gained
- No resources gained (attacker & defender)
- No resources lost (defender)
- Traps would be instantly reset
- Resources used for troops & spells to attack will NOT be refunded
- No shield would be applied
So there will only be a resource cost for the attacker.
I don't see how this would be abused...
I would love to just attack some of my clan mates. Just as a test! In my opinion a much better and easier alternative to sandbox.
