Advice/tips for how to avoid getting your account locked/banned
1.Don't Play on PC
Many players want the opportunity to play the game via a mac or PC platform. There are certain softwares out there that allow you to do this, but:
-You can lose your account by doing this
-Other bugs or problems might happen trying or doing this
-Doing so is against the TOS
Remember that supercell doesn’t support any software that allows you to play the game on a PC or Mac platform, and your account will be banned for doing so.
2.Be aware of Exploits
Many scam sites offer exploits for this game. All of these are false, and are designed around obtaining sensitive information from the player.
Never give your password or account access to anyone, and remember that Supercell employees will NEVER ask for any confidential information.
It is against the terms of service to BUY GEMS FROM THIRD PARTY SITES, and by doing so you waive any customer support and supercell will not give you any assistance if your account is compromised. Third party gem sites use stolen credit cards to credit gems via your gamecenter account, and most of these sites will also access, compromise, and sell your account if you give them your account information.
NEVER give ANY of your account information (i.e. PASSWORDS, USERNAMES, ETC.) to ANYONE.

NOTE: The most important thing is to NEVER give your acc. password to anyone
3. Game Center/Google +
Have your Base/Village saved on a Google + or Game Center account, to not lose your village if something may happen
-You can always recover your base if it is saved at least on one of the acc. (Google + or game center)
- If you delete Clash of Clans from your device if it is saved on one of the accounts, you can recover it. If not it is lost.
NOTE: Never try to sell/buy an account from anyone! It is usually a scam. If this happens to you, contact supercell immediately.
If you lose an account in one of these ways, remember is not Supercell’s fault, and you no longer have any right to support for your account!
Main points to remember:
Playing the game on a Mac or PC platform will result in your game account being banned/locked.
Never give your username/password to ANYONE. Supercell employees will never ask for confidential information.
Never buy/sell an account. This is against the terms of service and will result in your account being banned.
Always back up your game on gamecenter or google play. Your account will be safe and you won’t have to worry about losing it if you break/lose your phone.
Supercell is never responsible for the ban. You will always have done something to receive a ban. (No, they really don’t wake up in the morning and say ‘hey. Let’s ban this person.’)
Additionally, supercell is not responsible if you lose your account. Back it up to ensure it cannot be lost.
