Not so friend dependent

I just wanted to say that I really LOVE that this game is not so "friend" dependent. I played a couple of Zynga games, and did like them, but hated that I had to add 300 strangers just to even play a little. I quit playing my favorite game, because the issues of not being able to complete tasks, in such short times, with such huge amounts of things needed, that it just took all the fun away. I do like having friends to work on tasks with, but I like that I am able to do most of the goals on my own, without having to beg everyone for help. Thank you for taking what I hated about the OTHER people's games, and making this one work for me.

Very much agree. You can play this game without any friends at all if that's your choice, and I appreciate that.

I also appreciate the fact that all elements of the game are available without paying. Unlike a certain candy-themed game I used to play. Haven't spent a cent on that one, but have bought diamonds for HD, because I like the game enough to support it financially.

Not NEEDING friends helps when Game Center messes up. Just got a message from one of our members who hasn't been able to see her GC friends for two days. And yes she did the whole cold reboot of her device.

Totally agree! I loved playing a couple of the Zynga games, but I was pulling my hair out after a while. Plus - they don't give anyone any incentive to help you anyway, so getting people to bother helping was a real chore. I think it's fantastic that this game gives coins and XP for filling crates, and the gift card chances for doing the trees and bushes. Never before have I played a game where people are actually rushing to try and help others! Well done to Supercell on that score.

gina - ABSOLUTELY!! That's why I too stopped playing Zinga/FB games. I felt like a nuisance (sp?) to other people, and my friends requests to me on FB for help could get on my nerves at times!

So thankful for the HD format :)

I totally agree with the rest and thou the game gets better with friends its not spamming all my fb acc.... And thats great...

yep, all the requests for help and constantly posting on my friends walls 'on my behalf' and vice versa used to drive me potty!

Some time people forget to play I play several Zynga games. Don't hate something you LOVE, just weed out the people that play. Ask for SERIOUS player. You might be surprise at the response you get just for asking. I am SERIOUS player on Hay Day. Look me at Kimmie 40 on Game Center App.

I completely agree Gina. Zynga games were becoming too difficult and no fun anymore.
